Luna Pizza — Restaurant in Glendale

I love ordering from Luna Pizza. However today Monday, February 5th I placed an order for the large pizza and 20 wings special as well as an order of the garlic buttery knots. I would like to say that this is honest criticism. The wings were extremely dry. I asked for extra wet and they said it would be an extra $2.00 I said no but they came like super extremely dry. Drier than normal. This is upsetting because I stopped going to Long Wings and Wingstop to give them my business which I have done a lot of. The 🍕 is extremely delicious though tastes just like an Italian pizza. The garlic buttery knots were not buttery at all they tasted like dry bolillo a Mexican bread that is used for tortas. However, I don't want this to be a negative review for the business as they are extremely professional all the time and also very clean and organized. It's just that they need to be a bit more generous with the wing sauce as it felt as if I was just eating normal drumsticks and dry bread. Oh yes also the marinara sauce I'm not sure if that's how the owner likes it but it tastes just like Ragu sauce diluted with water. I'm used to a thicker taste. Maybe just my preference. This is how they deliver their pizzas, also it was stone cold. I politely called them and asked them if I could get some type of resolution and a girl on the phone said there are no managers on duty so I can’t get a refund. I said that’s fine I don’t want my money back I just want new pizza please I’ll even come pick it up myself and she said again, there’s no manager on duty there’s nothing we can do. I said so I’m just supposed to throw this pizza I paid for away with zero resolution to how it was delivered ? I just wanted new pizza. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER FROM LUCKYS ON 67th and CACTUS. Lunas has ZERO integrity and don’t mind screwing their customers over. I have ordered from them multiple times but that doesn’t matter to them. I’ll tell everyone in the city of Glendale how horrible this place is. Facebook, Instagram, yelp.. anyone who will listen. They will refuse to help you when THEY serve your food like this! Called in to complain about our food.. we got 2 calzones that were under cooked as well as a salad that was warm and wilted.. just was calling to bring it to the managers attention. Asked for a manager and spoke with Dina.. She said she was going to place me on hold but instead forgot to and was talking crap in the background stating that she isn't going to refund any money and that all I was calling for was free food which was not the case. I asked if there was anyone higher I could speak to and she said to call tomorrow and speak with her father AL. At that point I requested my money be refunded and she was very rude and said to speak with her father tomorrow. I will NEVER order from this place again. Its always something! Customer service was absolutely DISGUSTING that a "manager" would even think to talk to its customers like that.. especially "regulars" who order from them multiple times a week!
