I came here with a group of people and went specifically today, August 1st because of the advertised happy Gilmore event they had going on. Giving you a chance to dispense a golden ball for the happy Gilmore putter. And that was the only reason we came in on a Friday, otherwise we would have went a different day when it is half the price. We obviously didn’t think we were going to win the club with the small chance of actually getting it but we went because there was supposedly a chance and it added excitement. After playing for a while and seeing ads posted about this going on all around the location, we asked our server if he had knew anything about the golden gold ball and if there has been any winners, he didn’t really seem to know much but he went and asked his manager and then he came back and told us that the manager said they were only going to be dispensing 1 golden ball on August 3rd. After finding this out I thought it was unbelievable because every ad posted about this event going on there was no fine print anywhere saying anything about only doing 1 ball on 1 day out of the 4 days posted. That is a prime example of false advertising by getting us to go to topgolf on the most expensive day with the idea of possibly winning the putter but finding out they weren’t even going to put a ball in the dispenser that day. Unbelievable in my opinion. I wish I would have just went on a weekday and spent $30 for the hour rather than the $100 dollars we spent for 1 and a half hours of golf.

Topgolf is fun everywhere except Glendale. I recently went to Topgolf Glendale on August 24, and every time I visit the people at the front desk are always the most unfriendly staff with the worst attitudes and just seem miserable. The bartender in the lobby do not even glance at you and ignore your orders unless you flag them down like a wolf. Once I was at the Bay our server Paige did an amazing job and she was probably the best part of the Topgolf. Another issue that I faced was getting a wristband, I showed my government passport and was told it was expired on 2020 when the expiration date was clearly 2027. Then once they relooked at the ID I was told that it had been tampered with and there was a scratch when it was the American flag, this was extremely frustrating and the staff at the front did an awful job handling the situation. Personally this is the worst Topgolf in Arizona and the staff at the front make it miserable to even go. The wristband people, the bald man and red hair woman at the front were extremely rude and unprofessional when checking my ID and have no idea what they are doing. The experiences at this Topgolf have always been awful and I recommend you skip this location if you have the choice.

We celebrated our 9-year-old grandson's birthday here and had an absolutely wonderful time! TopGolf offers a unique twist on the traditional driving range by incorporating interactive technology that lets you compete for points in a group setting, much like bowling. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding. Our server Roman provided exceptional service throughout our visit. The atmosphere buzzes with energy - upbeat music fills the air while cutting-edge technology creates an engaging, interactive environment. The pricing structure is straightforward and varies by day and time. Since we visited on a Sunday afternoon with beautiful weather, we enjoyed very reasonable rates at $30 per hour with a 90-minute minimum booking. Each player pays a one-time $5 registration fee to track scores on the system. The food menu offered fair prices that won't break the bank. Every aspect of our experience exceeded expectations, making it a birthday celebration we'll always remember. The combination of entertainment, technology, good food, and excellent service creates the perfect recipe for family fun.

So we came here to celebrate my fiance. He is battling cancer and was his birthday as well. Top golf was his first choice after having a wonderful experiences here on 2 separate occasions. We came with group of friends to celebrate him and everything he is going through. The front staff was very pleasant and friendly just like we remembered. But when we got to our bay and in the past someone is there ready to get you started. We waited about 10-15min to get help no one arrived we had to go chasing after someone. So after like about another 10min our server Maci I. came and right of the start she wasn't friendly at all and everyone from our group said that they felt rushed and she seemed rude when we where ordering food. But we didn't want anyone ruining our time or energy due to us being there for my Fiance. Well after our first hour we added additional time. Then after that time was up we had a 15 min warning. So Maci came to ask if we wanted more time, we where deciding whether or not to add more time but she seemed again very annoyed and we felt rushed and we said no. So my fiance then said actually yes lets add more time because he loves the game and 2 of his friends had just arrived. So Maci said well i cant reverse the time. So at this point we where frustrated at the service we had been receiving all night. Not once did she smile or seem friendly. So apparently she got a manager involved and he came over to speak to me. He mentioned that tier 2 which is where our bay was closes at 10:00pm and we cant add more time, that if we wanted to keep playing we needed to check in once again with the front. So she could have explained that to us from the start instead of asking if we wanted to add more time. Oh let me add that at the time the manger came over they had 2 security guards overlooking us which was very unnecessary and made all my guest feel very uncomfortable. No ones was being aggressive or out of line for security to be there. We were very disappointed from our visit because the last two times we had a wonderful experience and staff all around where friendly, helpful and very welcoming. We ended up leaving even though my fiance and guest wanted to stay, it just put everyone in a negative space due to the service we received. Its just sadden me that this was a nice time to get away due to my fiance undergoing cancer treatment and this was his first night out in 2 months. We tried to make the best of our time there but everyone as upset at the service we received. After this experience dont know if we will be ever returning to this...

If you’re also thinking about visiting the Phoenix Zoo, I recommend this place first because you’ll not only get to enjoy some outdoor entertainment but also observe myopic sedentary mammals attempting to operate a bar.

Sat inside third level bar yesterday while waiting 60 minutes for a bay. No biggie, that’s why you have multiple bars, right? Wrong. After our foursome waited at a table for 20 minutes without a server to be seen, I decided to order drinks from the bar. Since there was a bar back and two bartenders, I figured this would be easier on everyone. I stood at the bar for another 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged which is sad because I was the only one standing at the bar wanting to order for the first ten minutes. Here’s what I observed: 1: one bartender was focused on making drinks from only the service well. That’s fine, but he was extremely slow and never looked up to say hello. He would pour one beer, organize it neatly on tray, go pour the second beer...very inefficient Other bartender left for five minutes with the bar back to fill up a cart of ice Employees don’t seem to know where any product is stocked. Spent two minutes looking for pineapple juice and then another minute looking for a tool to punch an opening into it. Bartender filled a pitcher of Coors Light and walked away while the tap was still on. It was left on long enough for about eight pitchers to be filled before she noticed. This was actually entertaining for all of us who had now converged to the bar.

More frustrating than all, why not acknowledge the person standing right in front of you? I think speed and service levels need a lot of work here. In the interim, bring your own flask or beers unless you like watching your...

Amazing concept and the worst service I have experienced. Arrived and put our name down for a bay being told it was roughly an hour wait to get a bay in the area we wanted. We didn’t mind waiting so grabbed a few appetizers at the bar below (after we got a confirmation text saying we were on the waitlist). After and hour and a half we decided to check and see a rough estimate of how much longer. When we approached the counter we were told our name was not on the list and it would in fact be another hour before the bay was available. We go back to the bar to discuss our options and magically after 15 minutes they have the original bay ready to go for us. We walk up and after about 15 minutes of waiting to be greeted we finally get our drink order in. To cut to the chase they messed up one of our drinks (which we sucked up and drank instead of the one we ordered because it wasn’t worth the hassle). After our drinks came we ordered food which they also messed up, giving us the wrong order not once but twice meaning all of our meals came at separate times. We push through because overall Topgolf is a fun idea and we are making the most of our time there. Just when we are finishing up we get and pay our bill only to realize they charged us for an additional alcoholic drink we never ordered/received. Our server was decently nice but didn’t seem interested in our experience at all which is sad considering they were still the nicest employee we encountered! Would still recommend Topgolf as the idea and plying was a blast but word of advice would be double checking all of their work because the amount of mistakes during our visit was...
