I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup and arrived right on time. Since I hadn’t updated my phone number in the system, I called the posted number to let them know I was waiting in spot #2. A staff member in charge of curbside orders answered and initially couldn’t locate my order, asking if I was sure I had placed one. I confirmed and gave her the order number, after which she found it and said she’d bring it out shortly. A few minutes later, I received a call informing me I needed to come inside to pick up the order—despite having already tipped for curbside service. I sent my two daughters in, and instead of reading off the receipt to confirm the items, the employee simply repeated what she thought was in the bag. She also claimed rolls were included, but there were none—just butter, which didn’t make sense and came off as careless. Additionally, we had paid for a Dr Pepper specifically for my oldest daughter, which we never received. When my daughters came back to the car and told me, I called again to explain that I had tipped for curbside service and asked for a refund for the missing drink and the tip. The employee dismissed the concern and said we could come back to get the soda, offering no solution or refund. In the end, I was left without the drink I paid for and felt misled about the curbside experience. What was meant to be convenient turned into a frustrating hassle, with no accountability or resolution offered. Very disappointing.

I was really excited to have a Texas Roadhouse by our house so we didn’t have to go up to Estrella anymore. We came around 5pm on a weekend, got sat really fast. Sat there for about 20 minutes waiting for our server as we watched everyone who got sat AFTER us in the same section get their orders taken first. We didn’t even have one server come and greet us. I ended up having to stop a server who was walking by to ask if we were ever going to be helped. I would say at least 4 different servers walked past us before I finally said something. The server who did help us was really nice. I’m not sure if we were being ignored because we are a younger couple and servers have in their mind that we don’t tip well or something but definitely not the case as we gave our waitress a 47% tip despite the bad experience. (Not her fault) I definitely messed up by ordering a steak medium well because it came out sooooo over cooked that I did even finish it. It was drier than hell and extra well done (thanks cooks) it was the First time ever I didn’t finish a steak. My partner got a hamburger and could barely eat it because it was so salty. It was absolutely a waste of $45 and we will not be back. I can deal with waiting but when the food also sucks, that’s where I draw the line.

First I want to say I've eaten it many Texas Roadhouse restaurants they were good but the quality of the food the seasoning of the food stands out at this location much more. We had an exceptional server her name was cadence. She was very helpful and when I was asking about steak sizes and the biggest steak they had she mentioned something that was not on the menu which was a 24 oz ribeye. The quality of the steak and how they seasoned it was awesome. I asked to have it charred thinking that they probably have never had to char a steak and maybe they would just give it a little charring but they did an amazing job that was one of the most flavorful steaks I've ever had. All the food that has come out of that kitchen I could taste the difference that it was even better than some of the other restaurants with the same brand. Our server was great after tasting how amazing that food was I asked a whole bunch of questions and I hope I didn't bother her too much but she was great with answering everything. Oh yeah and those buns were perfection they were not hard they were piping hot.

I have been ordering from this specific spot since May. From the start, I have had issues ordering on their website, and have brought these issues to managerial attention since it’s an isolated issue. I was told on several occasions a ticket was put in place for me and that I would hear back soon.

Never have heard back, so I continuously report it.

Due to being unable to place online orders, I have to call to place my order each time. This past week I attempted to place an order over the phone and after fifteen minutes of hearing the overbearing loud and annoying hold music, an employee answered to take my order - only, my order wasn’t placed and I was put back on an unexpected hold. I waited an additional fifteen minutes before becoming agitated to the point I called on a separate line. After ten minutes of no answer on the new line, I decided to drive to the location.

When I walked into the restaurant, it was SLOW. One employee was assisting a customer at the to-go station, and nearby there were three women standing around chatting with each other. I’m still on hold over the phone at this point. I patiently await the employee at the to-go counter to finish, then proceed to ask for a manager very kindly.

When the manager approached, I voiced my concerns: that I was still unable to place an online order, which is an issue I have complained about numerous times, and I showed how long I have been waiting on the phone to order, then point at the nearby three employees standing around.

Literally was apologized to and offered a water while I waited. And I was also promised that I would receive a follow up about the online issue - another empty promise.

So instead of a twenty minute order timeframe, I waited two hours in total to obtain my food. With only an apology and a water offer. No discount or free item was offered for my wasted time. And - again - no follow up regarding my online...

This was last night. My wife and i went to eat dinner. I ordered a 14oz rib eye. Ordered it rare. When it arrived i cut into the end as one does and it was stone cold and RAW not rare. I cut into the other end again raw not rare. so i cut into the middle. the middle was rare. about 2" wide of an area. i tried to eat it anyway as i didn't want to deal with the annoyance of sending a plate back and the manager. but i just couldn't eat more than the 2 pieces as it was just cold. Our waitress Sadirah came to check on us and i mentioned it, to which she looked and said oh yeah that's not good. She took it back to be remade immediately. She was amazing. Now along comes why the negative review. The manager LOU comes to the table carrying my steak. not a new steak but the one i had eaten from fresh off the grill. He put food i had eaten off of a plate and silverware i had used and put them in the kitchen to be put back on the grill with other peoples food. when i asked him if he had actually done what i thought he had. to which he argued that yes he can take food someone has eaten from and put it back on the grill. Now having children who like most of us started their first jobs in fast food requiring the food handlers card and going through the online course i am very familiar with food handling standards. If and only IF an item has not been eaten from it MAY go back to the kitchen. But this was not the case i had eaten from this steak. it was cut into 4 sections. It was contaminated. His response to this was the grill heats to 450 degrees. which yes it does, It takes a fair amount of time even at that to kill a virus completely. which still does not account for my used plate and silverware being on and around other peoples food. So, if you ate at this Texas Roadhouse Last night (3-30-25) around 6:45pm you probably enjoyed eating with...
