Tldr; don't come here if you want drinks with adjusted sugar or good quality

After ordering 5 drinks, 3 of which had sweetness adjustments (they offer 100, 75, 50, 25, and 0), all 3 adjusted drinks were watered down and undrinkable. After calling the store, the employee did not apologize and stated that they "can't" adjust sweetness because the drinks are premixed, so they accommodate sweetness adjustments by diluting drinks by adding regular tea to drinks (which is what caused drinks to taste incorrectly). When someone orders a milk tea with 25% sweetness, they shouldnt be getting a drink that is closer to black tea with a splash of milk. If sweetness adjustments can't be made correctly, they shouldn't offer it or make it transparent for customers. Additionally, the tea that was added tasted more like tea-flavored water. This might be due to bad QC in the premixed tea, which is an issue that should be addressed. I won't be returning to this location until the quality of the drinks and staff are improved, I don't recommend this location if you're looking for a good quality...

Ordered my drink and in it asked for easy ice, noticed my order was next. She filled ice to about 3/4 when on the order receipt said “Less Ice” on the bottom portion so I kindly let her know I asked for easy ice. She replied with a snotty look that “it will go down when I add the milk tea. She then looked at me with attitude and went on without correcting my order. She then added my Aloe Vera and I kindly let her now I didn’t want that much ice. She then walked off with a second cup to the back very disrespectfully acting like she hates her job but not sure what she did back there?. When she came back to the front she started talking gibberish with a coworker because I made her correct my drink when to begin with it was on her order receipt. Don’t know why they hire employees like this. People like this just ruin businesses with their bad attitude and customer service. Lady at the register was nice and professional taking the order. Been coming here since they opened up in October of 2020 and gotta say, they have some of the best milk tea I’ve ever had! It’s non dairy which is good for a lactose free gal like me and their green tea is pretty tasty! I’m giving this place three stars because of the Lime-cucumber Motea? Motteo? Forgot what it was called XD but yea got that drink with some liechi bits since a girl loves herself some liechi and I gotta say, I’m a bit disappointed :( and so is my stomach :( I’m not too fond of cilantro and thought maybe my drink would only have a little bit but I was wrong :( the cucumber is fresh and adds a nice crunch and the lemon water is pretty good but an hour after drinking it my stomach is very upset and (TMI WARNING) I got bad diarrhea from drinking it :( it’s not y’all’s fault but maybe next time I’ll ask for no cilantro or what the herb...
