We were at the McDonald's in Globe on Sunday afternoon around 2pm, the place was very dirty, no tables we clean. There was trash food and liquids spill all over the floor. The drink station was all sticky from soda spills and ice that was melted on the counter left puddles of water . Both ketchup dispenser were employ and where people tried to get ketchup out there were emply cups and splatter all over counter. I asked a man that was behind the counter dressed in a plain black shirt if he was the manager . He said he was he didn't ask me what I needed he just looked at me. He had a tray off food in his hand I told him to go ahead and deliver that but could I speak to him afterwards. He came back I call to his attention about the things I listed above, he just stared at me and said ok. He returned to behind the counter. When they brought our food. I asked if she could wipe off our table so we could eat. She directs us to move rather than cleaning it. We moved to a table that she had just cleaned, the food had just been wiped off table down to seat and to the floor. then had to order something else, the same lady comes out to kiosk and asked if I needed help. I put my order in and she helped me enter the number to put on my table. My wife said why didn't you just tell her to make it to go because it was only a kids meal. So I told the employee and sat down with my number and waited. In a few minutes they called out order number and sat it on the counter. I looked at the employee and said is that ours she said "yes" I told her so much for putting a number on our table. She says he said to make it to go. Kind of with an argumentative attitude. I asked for the managers name so i could call them on monday. She points at the man i had already spoke to and said he was the general manager of the store. WHAT A JOKE OF A MANAGER AND...
Read morePossibly the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. This location pretty much requires you to place your own order on a kiosk that looks like a giant tablet or smartphone. I ordered and paid and about 10 minutes later I realized that my food order was not showing as "in progress" on the display screen. I asked what had happened to my order. I was told that it had never been started because I ordered a vanilla shake and the shake machine was broken. They made it pretty clear that I should have been smart enough not to order a shake and seemed to think that it made perfect sense that they just simply ignored my order instead of letting me know that I needed to order something else. Finally, they started making my order but never offered a solution for the fact that I had already paid for a vanilla shake that would not be forthcoming. When I brought this up, the girl turned on her heel and walked away from me. Apparently, she had gone to get the manager, who appeared in front of me but had absolutely no idea what the situation was. I had to explain everything all over again, whereupon he offered to get me something else in lieu of my shake. I ordered a caramel frappe and went back to waiting. Eventually, my food was ready a full 25 minutes after the time printed on my receipt. I ate my food and waited for the caramel frappe which never appeared. Finally, after I finished eating, I went back to the counter and asked about the frappe. Again, I received blank stares and had to explain the situation all over again. Read moreOn Sunday 10.13.24 I came to have breakfast. I placed my own order in the screen and a receipt didn't come out. I told the cashier an older lady up in the front & she had a face like she didn't want to be there. You need to go home if you don't feel like working. She told me my balance and I told her well aren't the sausage mcmuffins 2 for $5. Well she ran my card before we could fix the problem. I asked for a manager & she 1st stated she was busy, the manager is expediting the orders right in front of me. She had that attitude I don't want to do it but she went over & let the young manager know. When the young manager came over I explained that my bill was a little over $17 and I was charged full price for 2 sausage mcmuffins. She at 1st didn't want to give me my $ of the difference. She kept saying it was the same Price. No its not the same price. If I get what I ordered and the sausage mcmuffins 2 for $5 it will only be $11. After her arguing that she couldn't give me my $ back and I wanted a full refund she went over and gave me the difference. But you know what she did. There was a customer at the register and the customer asked her how was her day. The manager said its been busy, employees calling off and crazy with customers. What does that mean?
