2 Scoops of "Cookie Dough Ice Cream" Almost $5 ... took a bite of it, it had a coffee taste to it. "I think there's something wrong with this ice cream, it taste more like coffee flavor" ... apparently that is the flavor of the cookie dough ice cream they carry ... I should have just gone to the store and bought a whole carton of ice cream, it would have had the expected taste and it's on sale for $2! They clearly advertise banana boots on their menu. I have been coming here since they opened once a week treating the kids ice cream banana splits. They were putting them in a cup now I get here today and the girl decides to tell me I’m not allowed to get it in a cup anymore as a banana split because I have to pay each topping separately and make it a Sunday. Poor management and mediocre water ice. Swindled me out of money. Did not honor the buy 1 get 1 coupon I had from the entertainment book. Coupon said "bogo any item, maximum discount up to $5". Item I got was $5.20. NO WHERE does it say "if item is over $5, we deny the deal". You are supposed to discount $5 off of the total price. I will be calling entertainment and complaining about them.
