what a great little find in Gloucester City! blink and you'll drive right past it! small shop w small selection of dine in seatings but definitely a top to go spot. had the pleasure of trying their wings (hot & honey or buffalo, I forgot?), falafel, and their chicken & lamb over rice combo.

I've not had good experiences w falafel but these were definitely worth it to change my mind. deliciously crunchy outside w soft, flavorful fillings inside. wings - I LOVE breaded wings! no extra sauce needed! already had enough flavor but definitely sauces would enhance it

last is the rice combo. tender meats blended well w their white sauce. rice was soft, fluffy, absorbed well w the halal seasonings. truly an enjoyable meal that you can order by itself.

overall I am very glad this place is nearby. it should serve the community well w an additional of a diverse establishment. I am looking forward to...

Restaurant was very clean, places to eat in if you choose. I ordered fish over rice and a smoothie. The counter person my smoothie. It was good although the flavor was a little light meaning it needed more fruit flavor. Waited about 10 mins for food but that was ok as I could hear it being made fresh. Got my order took it to work and realized I received something else. Glad I took the receipt. Called the store, spoke to the owner/manager (don’t remember his name) and he apologized. Stated he realized he didn’t have my number to call me before I left. Offered to fix it but I told him I was not in the area. I told him where I was, be brought me my correct order and threw in a free soda. Very nice of him to do that. Came in to try a new spot with my brother and we both decide to get the chicken over rice. My brother’s order came out about 10-15 minutes after placing it and I noticed my order hasnt been called yet so I gave a little grace. After 30 minutes of waiting I talk to the cashier about canceling my order because it was taking way too long and she told me to give her a second. Cashier goes to the back and comes back a few minutes later with my food apologizing for the wait because they were ‘making fresh chicken.’Thirty minutes to cook fresh chicken is kind of absurd dont you think? They got a flood of customers but that was only after I had already placed my order.
