November 2023 UPDATE Still the best pizza around. Super friendly. Slices are fresh and when they reheat them in the store they get super crispy. Amazing!

I had some pizza slices for lunch the other day again and again it was great.

Stopped in for lunch for the first time. I work locally and was told about Jacquelines by coworkers. I had 2 slices for lunch and couldn't be happier with my experience. I had a slice of Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and Buffalo Chicken pizza. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza was my favorite between the two. Much more crunch on the crust. It wasn't too spicy which was a little shocking as most pizza places slather that type of pizza with hot sauce so it was good to get a more balanced slice. The other positive was that they used the Chicken Cheese Steak Meat instead of chunks of chicken which in my opinion is superior to the chunks of chicken. I am already chewing the crust I don't need little cubes of chicken to also chew. The Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza was good just not as good. The crust was not as crispy and was a little thicker but the toppings were amazing. Great Bacon flavor throughout every bite. Looking forward to having more...

Have been ordering from this place for years and never had bad service from this place but just last week there were two young girls working there and I came in for my order they looked like they had a big attitude didn’t even ask if I was picking up my food I had to ask them if my order was ready. Not only that I over heard them talking about customers rudely because they people didn’t leave tips. Then the one girl was arguing with one of the drivers and calling him names because he asked her to hand him the delivery the two girls were talking and laughing at the driver and told him to get it himself I felt so much tension in this place that day. I’ve came in before and was always greeted by the owner and the other older lady and felt like I was welcomed. After being here that night I will stick to delivery. Great food fast delivery but maybe have your two girls greet people and act like woman instead of young children. That was...

I just ordered from this place and the girl at the counter was extremely rude because I asked why would she go from the cash register and then cut my Stromboli without washing her hands or wearing gloves… she snapped at me and got smart I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager…this was a very upsetting experience…and this place will never be a place I spend my money again…no one wears gloves and then they get an attitude when confronted on the nasty behavior…and she claims she is the manager…disgusting…I’m definitely making some phone calls about this…people should exercise a level of professionalism when at work because you never know will come in as a customer…sadly the manager of Jacqueline’s should have chose her words more carefully because she may have bit off more than she can chew with this...
