They continually make my coffee incorrectly. After the fourth try I'm done coming here I'm not coming back here again. And the boss refuses to buy the crew new equipment so that the crew may do their job better. The crew needs new headsets so that you can actually hear them speaking to you over the intercom in drive-thru . I noticed for headsets practically falling apart on the heads of the crew . I really want to walk in here and tell the boss exactly what I think , I don't know who the hell this a** thinks he or she is not buying the crew exactly what they need to do their jobs better. I hope he or she sees this and I hope they realize how unhappy several customers are because of their inability to perform their own duties. The crew does their best to do their jobs correctly but I'm very unhappy with the training that the bosses have given them. Also the last six times I've come for ice cream your ice cream is freezer burned it is not fresh and it's disgusting it tastes like I'm eating the rubber sealer on the inside of the door. So for everyone else that wants to go to this Dunkin Donuts I suggest you stay away. it's not worth you...

But then I thought, maybe it was a fluke. So I decided to give that one another shot since its closer. Still bad. The guy I was dealing with could hardly speak English, so it took forever to order a simple iced coffee. Now that's not a big deal to me since I wasn't in a rush... but the coffee was nasty, he put way too much milk and not enough sugar. Sadly I didn't taste it til I got home. I don't know what I was thinking.Though my sister's didn't taste too bad, she went through the drive thru and had someone else make hers. But her coffee still wasn't all that great. We went through drive thru today and the employee told us that they were out of two of their special donuts that we went there specifically for. When asked what is similar or something like it to recommend to us, he said nothing. We ended up picking out a couple despite and then when we went to pay, he didn't say a word to us, gave us each of our items even while I kept saying thank you, and kept turning his head to look into the store. This Dunkin has always struggled for us with customer service and we're annoyed that it happens to be the closest to our house. I'd rather drive miles away and take the inconvenience than go back...
