Good morning I am reaching out in reference to an experience I had with a store manager ‘Brandy’ At one of your locations. On 11/15 I can in to be serviced and sat about 10 minutes while attendants were taking to each other instead of serving customers during rush hour. A manager BRANDY approached me very un professional and continued to have a side conversation with a customer/employee . She asked me what gas I needed i specifically told her PREMIUM. She then went on to continue with a side conversation. While saying again”I’m sorry what did you say you needed” I told her PREMIUM. She then puts regular in the car! At this point I’m furious and at this point she has the most unprofessional approach and says sorry she feels bad but not once did she take the accountability and handle the situation she runs off without closing my gas cap and goes on the the next customer. I then ask her who’s her manager she says her. I then let her know about her Service and how unprofessional she is as a leader and that I’d be reaching out. Keep in mind the vehicle I drive Lexus which DOES not take regular gas. Which could be a issue for my vehicle moving forward because of a unprofessional manager. Lack of organizing and not paying attention to detail. I never was given the receipt until after I asked for the store number. I also mentioned how the behavior from some of the previous days from gas attendants explains a lot. Read moreI usually love this Wawa location, but I just had the worst sandwich I've ever eaten. I always order the same sandwich and wawa is always very consistent. However this time the girl who made my sandwich put so much mustard on it it was dripping out all over while I ate it and was the only flavor I could taste. The pepper relish, on the other hand, was almost non-existent. Very disappointed. In the future I'm going to check and see who's working before I place my order! I don't know her name, but her supervisor was scolding her for not wearing her apron while she was making my sandwich, so either she's new or else she's just not good at following directions.
EDIT: I thought service was pretty good since the remodel, but tonight I ordered my standard sandwich and the girl left off 5 ingredients! I literally had chicken strips, bbq, and pepper relish, none of the toppings I ordered. They weren't even busy, just laughing and joking around. I'm all for having a good time at work, but not at the expense of customer service or job...
Read moreI’m not normally one to write bad reviews or give negative feedback bc I myself work in customer service however Today with the attitude I dealt with I feel the need to write a review. So here it goes today myself and my mother Went to this store for lunch the 2nd time within 2 weeks and I ordered soup and SURPRISINGLY no crackers both times. (I worked at wawa many moons ago and we never ran out! Maybe they put them away so the associates give them out bc people take to much. That I understand!) So I ask at the register if they had any crackers he tells me to ask at the deli. So when my # gets called I go up and say excuse me do you have any crackers. The girl Tyra at the deli got extremely nasty said no and rolled her eyes at me. And as I stood there waiting for my mothers order to get called she’s still staring at me giving me dirty looks and laughing.
