VIP Perfect Nails — Local services in Philadelphia

I've gone to this salon for 10+ yrs. In more recent yrs I started letting Dee Dee do my nails and I must admit I always loved them when she did them because they looked good and lasted but it seems recently the service has gone down unfortunately. They don't do appts and because Dee Dee and Kelly are the only 2 full service techs there everyday the wait time is ridiculously long (I'm talking hours) and then when you finally get seated they rush through your nails and feet and the finished product shows. Lee has a very very bad attitude but I could get past that most days because she does good pedicures but she's very rough and has caused my feet to bleed and when you ask her to not be so rough she gets an attitude further. My last straw was when I went in at 10 AM and was told Dee Dee wouldnt be in and Kelly would be in within 20 min but in reality came in 3+ hours later then attempted to rush through everyone that had been waiting. Whenever you call you're always told it's only 2 people there when it's way more (I've witnessed Kelly tell people this on the phone when its 10 of us waiting) It really pained me to have to find another salon but I had to because I respect people's time and personally don't have 5-6 hours to sit and wait when you need your nails and feet done. Even though I am from the City of Philadelphia, I have not been here for the past two years. Before I left, I frequented this shop often since it's nearby my residence. I went to their shop this past monday and realized things have changed drastically. First off very unprofessional staff....I spoke to two different staff members who quoted two different hours of operation. Second, the staff member who waxed my eyebrows was unprofessional as well. Her attitude for one...She was frowning and spoke in a rude manner. Then she took 2 minutes to wax the eyebrows. It was done quick, sloppily and made my eyebrows appear uneven. I was so disappointed in the service....I did not tip her. I didn't even want to pay for the service. I used to be a loyal customer kelly knows who I am & knows my mother as well...I have tried over and over to give them numerous chances.... but as I am sitting here getting a overlay by DEDE, I have made up mind that I am DONE ....they have jacked up their prices & try to charge extra for any & everything! There has been times where I challenged her pricing and her knowing my vaild point, she lowered the price for my service....
