There are two Chinese buffets near me, but neither serves egg foo young. I've been having a taste for it and today I satisfied that taste. I went online and chose Lucky Dragon. I ordered the combo w/Roast Pork Egg Foo Young, Roast Pork Fried Rice & Egg Roll. They give you two nice sized patties and a very generous helping of fried rice. The egg foo young patties were filled nicely and very tasty. The fried rice was tasty, not sticky, and contained nice chunks of roast pork. The egg roll was also very good. If I had to critique anything, the egg roll could have been crispier (it's hard to keep them crispy in those wrappers). My order was ready when I arrived and the service was very friendly. I literally have reviewed other places which I’ve said on the review that I don’t mind driving a couple minutes away for some good Chinese food but unfortunately it’s not the case with these guys. They have the tendency to make the wings too crisp and I feel their chicken isn’t that fresh. Especially the “Sesame Chicken” it was all breading and the little bit of chicken that was in there was lousy! And it cost more than the shrimp dishes which makes no sense that chicken cost more than seafood??? The “Wonton Soup” noodles were good, but the broth was water so it ruined the soup!
