Alright, I am impressed. Before you read, know that I am a lifelong Leann Chin fan (their frozen yogurt is unbelievable)--but had a different experience recently.
I left a review here after a bad experience with the food (both myself and one other left feeling sick the day of and especially afterwards.).
So, I figured I would send a message via the Leann Chin website just giving them a heads up that the food may have been a little out of quality (without knowing whether or not it actually was, just guessing based on our experience afterwards).
I get a call from the Regional Directory of Leann Chin less than 4 hours after sending this in--thanking ME for sending a note in about the food quality. It wasn't a canned sales call, it was a genuine interest in whether or not myself and my partner were doing OK.
In my opinion, THIS is how you do customer service. I'm a pretty easy-going customer that is loyal when it comes to Chinese food (only eat here and one other place), but I am above and beyond blown away by the level of care Leann Chin puts in their customers. Todd explained that they were taking extra pre-caution to make sure this didn't happen again, which after talking to him I actually believe.. as crazy as it sounds.
As a result of this, I went from a loyal customer to a raving fan. Nicely done.
The best part? Not ONCE was I asked to leave a review anywhere....
Read moreThe employees at this location are really nice except for one. I think she is Hispanic or something like that. She has a very nasty attitude and doesn’t know how to handle a simple situation. I went in today to buy bourbon chicken and magnolia chicken and I asked for a full side serving and she had insisted that I get the plate. I said no because I didn’t wanted carbs.. Fast-ward, it was time pay, she rang me out and said that my total was $19 and change, i then said that’s was a lot for two sides of chicken and that I have gotta the same exact order for way less (9.43) she then started shouting and said “ I told you to get the plate” and started being very arrogant when I asked her for the plate instead because there was no way I was going to pay that much for some couple of chicken. She then went and aggressively thrown back the chicken and started to “school” me. Instead of her just telling me that the other person who served me last time probably made a mistake and kept it like that. I think she acted like that because I was black because I saw the way how she interacted with the white in front of me. She should have handled the situation differently. But the way she did, made me feel like I’m not welcomed. The food is not good for her to be treating the little customers you guys...
Read moreOn 8/18/17 I arrived at this Golden Valley location at 6:44 p.m. There was no one waiting. An employee with black hair was filling the future cookie bin. An Asian girl was behind the counter and begin cleaning up some spilled rice in the steam table. I guess I was a little surprised when she kept wiping the same spot had to 75 times, never looked and said just a minute or snything. Neither of these 2 worthless employees acknowledged a customer was waiting. After 5 minutes of watching her wipe the same spot and the other still filling the cookie bin I left. I do not think they really cared if they had a customer. It is obvious they hate their job. You hate your job that much LEAVE. And don't do a customer service job. Both need to be warned or fired for losing a customer that frequents the place but now after that may never go back.
Went to Culver's in Golden Valley and had awesome service. Maybe their management can train the management at LeeAnn Chin how to treat and keep customers and hire quality employees
With your poor service LeeAnn Chin good luck staying in business at that location. Customers should never put up with...
