I rate the food 4-5 (awesome pizza!), the service, 1 (rude). I stopped there for a pizza with my two boys after a day of skiing. I had never been there before and was initially pleasantly surprised. The game was on, the atmosphere was warm and casual, the food smelled wonderful etc..... But, the man who was working the counter was incredibly rude. After waiting on the family ahead of me, he turned away and never acknowledged me. He totally ignored me, though I was standing just on the other side of the counter from him. He was watching a play on TV, which I am into. So, I asked, "What's the score?", when he glanced my way, hoping to get his attention. He was looking straight at me, and said nothing. Then, he looked away again. Since we had decided to eat in the restaurant rather than take the pizza home, he told the young man working to put it on a tray. He went on and on about wasting the box. "That's an expensive box. Why waste it. We can't do that...." No big deal. I didn't care what it was served in or on. After we ate and I went up to the counter to get a to-go container. He turned around, ripped off a piece of foil and held it over the counter with a paper plate, that dropped to the ground. No eye contact again. I'll tell you what is going to cost more than a cardboard box, this man's nasty attitude. Why would I spend MY hard earned money (as a single mom who is an entrepreneur of a service business where I know how to treat my customers) in a place that treats me so poorly. It may seem like small things; no smile, no acknowledgement of my presence, no eye contact, no hello, no "thank you".....no nothing. But they are the big things in a service business. My son, who was across the room when all this happened, noticed how rude the man was without me saying a word. He brought up this man's rudeness as soon as I got to the table. This is an 18 year old kid, and if he noticed poor attitude and service, I'm sure a lot of other people do/did too. By the way, my son works at a pizza shop and knows the cost of those boxes. You're going to lose a lot more than...
Read moreFirst impressions of this place were amazing, I loved the atmosphere and the vibe that was given off. Having heard the hype, I was super excited to try this place.
The food I tried (gyro and pizza w/sides) were phenomenal. Excellent food. However, the service was so bad I had to write about it. The employed staff is Young, which is fine, but this seemed to showed in the service that was provided. They were more concerned with getting to know one another, and catching up with other staff that my service was extremely slow, mind you I was the only one in the restaurant. They didn’t even know their own beer menu and despite being advertised on the wall, no Coors light. Took twenty minutes to get a second beer after mine was clearly empty and multiple staff noticed by glance. The one younger lady that was working was the only one doing anything while the other young male employees were more interested in the gossip and goings on of earth other. I don’t care if you have moralé or want to socialize but when I’m the only customer in the place and I’m waiting extensively, maybe that isn’t the time.
Amazing food though, probably...
Read moreMy family have always enjoyed their 5-Star pizza and food. Last night my son asked me if we could go there and get some pizza. So, I looked up their hours of operation on Google maps and it said they were open until 9pm. So, we drove there and arrived at 8:40pm. All the chairs were already stacked on the tables, so no seating was available. I asked if we could place a to-go order we could eat in the car. I was told, "No, our kitchen closes at 8:30!" I recommended and requested that they please update their open hours online since they are not open until 9pm. They are closed to dine-in and take-out orders at 8:30. We will return in the future for their 5-Star pizza and food, but last night that didn't happen. I contacted Google maps and requested the proper hours be listed. UPDATE (1-Month Later): Their hours of operation still show they are open until 9PM. But if you want to get carry-out or dine-in food, be sure to arrive before 8:30 or you will be...
