Only good thing I can say is the food was hot. Waited 4 minutes to place my order without any acknowledgement from any of the employees they I was waiting. When the woman finally came over (she placed her cash drawer in while I was standing there, looked at me, and went to fill the ketchup over by where customers picked up their food first), she just said "yes". I placed my order which she entered wrong but I didn't catch it until I went out to my car to double check and what was in the bag wasn't what was on my receipt. I went back in with the receipt and told the girl who handed me my order that it was wrong along with the receipt and she looks at the receipt and in the bag and asked what the problem was. I told her I re received a wrong item so she took that item out of my bag,placed it back in the pick-up area for food and walked away leaving me standing there. My order was wrong, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the manager (Angie) accused me of lying when it was her own mistake. They were lazy, rude and unprofessional refusing to make the missing $3 chicken wrap and making it seem like I was being deceitful. Completely unacceptable. This horrible leadership on the managers part is also a reflection of how their employees also treat customers had the window slammed in my face twice another employee told me if I wanted the issue resolved that I had to walk inside when all of this could've been resolved with an apology and correction and being professional and giving me the rap that I paid for and at the end, the manager said "well I'm just going to give you the rap so you can get out of the drive-through there's other people behind you" when it was my second time already going through the drive-through because they did not want to resolve the issue. when it was her fault...
Read moreThe employees are friendly however they only have 3 works I was stuck in drive thru for 1 hour today at 10 am I left came back later and drive thru is still backed up past the building. Earlier all 3 employees were sitting down in the dinning room area looking at the drive thru line then here comes 1 to smoke a cigarette I asked at the window and I was told they only 3 employees to top that off they take 1 order at a time. takes 20 mins per car really I was manager of McDonalds and I could run front line drive thru and bag it all by myself in 10 mins. I got my food it was cold and looked like it was under a heat lamp. My dog wouldn't even the whooper patty I bought for her my dog will eat mushrooms carrots if i eat she eats.
