I arrived at the subway 8:30 I called and I was observing from out front of the store. They didn't answer the phone I watched the person in charge begin to break move a few things to the back. I called again the young gentleman answers go to the back and pretends he can't hear me then he begin to rub the phone with something to make noises. He held the phone. So I am saying, are we doing this? Hung up call again she answers the phone. She saids we a very busy and I said no one is in the store I am sitting here watching you. So she said come in. I said I can't I order? She said you need to come in. I am on oxygen tanks just came in from Fayetteville I can't do this now. It's 10 mins before closing. I chump it up. But NEVER will I go there again. Unprofessional and for her to be in a leadership position she needs more training....

Ever since I can remember subway no matter which one I go to loves to start closing a whole hour and a half prior to posted closing hours. So when they aren’t busy putting food up or cleaning they find time to ask u rudely as if u made them come to work what u would like. Always feel as if I’m bothering them. My favorite food to eat by far but I just don’t see how they stay open closing whenever they want!!!! For example I went to the one on ash street in Goldsboro last night and they were closed lights off an hour early. I will tell you.. gosh I wish I knew her name .. but there is a short happy go lucky full of life and energy African American young lady that works at one in mount olive that puts a smile on my face every time I go hands down.
