Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in North Carolina

Would not recommend ordering a custom cake at this location as it just seemed to be issue after issue. We ordered their spider-man cake with chocolate cake & cookie monster ice cream early on Aug. 21st with a scheduled pick up for Saturday the 23rd at 11am. We received a call later that day, stating they did not have the Spider-man kit but could either do free hand or place a few figurines. We went with the figurines as we did not want to chance free hand. Next day we received a text message. Now they are unable to find any approved figurines at any local stores so we either have to do free hand, a picture, or a refund. It is now 1 day before my son's party. He prefers ice cream over a standard cake so have no time to hunt around for ice cream cakes. We went with the picture option and still made no fuse. The morning comes and my wife and I arrive on time... there is only 1 other customer inside (already helped & waiting for their order) and maybe 1 or 2 at the drive thru. We stood for 2-3 MINS and noone offered us help. So i asked a young lady, what register we needed to be at to pick up a pre paid cake. She said she did not know and asked her coworker. This worker did not know either. Both went to a 3rd to ask. Same response. All 3 workers proceeded to talk while only 1 of them were making a drink. 3-4 more minutes went by and still noone was attempting to find our cake. After another 3-4 minutes, we had to ask the one young lady who seemed to be the only 1 constantly busy if she could find out for us because we had now been there for over 10 minutes and just needed this cake that is already paid for. Finally got it...party was going well. Time to cut the cake...slice it open to find out they did not give him his BLUE cookie monster that he wanted, but just the basic cookies and cream. We looked past all the issues over and over again but to not even get the flavor right is the last straw. Do not...

We arrived..there were six workers present. One was making coffee..one was working near drive through.. either that worker or the one making coffee greeted us..continued working.. on.. Then one asked to assist (no greeting) Of the three of us one went over to donut coubter..no one attended her. She patiently waited. I asked our server whether someone could help her. Server said someone will help her. No one did for at least another five minutes..workers did not appear busy just all looking around pretty much.

Now once we were all three served we walked over to a table. It was FILTHY. This was not our first visit here. Each time tables are filthy but this was a first for POOR service. Pls do better BR is a favorite spot for us. Train...

Seriously almost $8.00 for 2 scoops in a waffle cone and they don't even try to give a full scoop or fill the cone. Not the first time.
