From the start one of the workers walked in, grabbed herself a meal in front of customers, no gloves, no hat, not ready for work. Because of this the customers in front of us had to wait and complain about their service. This should have been a warning sign for us but we still decided to order because the pictures looked appetizing. We ordered a pork sandwich and a 2 piece chicken meal with rice biscuit and tea. About 10 mins after ordering we notice that there was barely anyone working, our food was sitting there waiting for the sandwich where then the cashier had to call again to start the sandwich because no one did. The manager was aware, started making the chicken plate, left it there to get cold and walked over to the to go where I saw him talking to someone waiting for his shift to be over. As I peaked over the counter I waved him over where I asked for the chicken meal that was getting cold while we waited for another 5 mins for the pork sandwich. Once we sat down it was just disappointing. As expected the food wasn't hot, the sandwich had barely any cole slaw and no BBQ sauce, the top bread was tore apart. Not what the picture looked like at all. It looked like someone quickly threw it together and didn't care. I asked for some more coleslaw & bbq sauce where the manager said, "get a little out of the freezer" turned back to ask me, "you never got any BBQ sauce?" where I replied no. We both work in the industry so maybe we have higher expectations but as it was our first time here it proved why we never eat fast food. Terrible service, attitude wise. Terrible food, timing and temperature. No sense of urgency even when the problem was addressed. No one cared, everyone just wanted to hangout and talk. We were close to ask for our money back but decided that you live and learn & today we learned not to eat...
Read moreHad to wait like 10 minutes just to order, but that is not what I am complaining about cause I've waited longer. Ordered my food, and specifically said Diet Mountain Dew to drink. I get to the window, the girl just acted like she drank too much lemonade without sugar...cause she had a sour expression and attitude. Then when I tell her that I ordered a Diet Mountain Dew, and not a Diet Pepsi (last time I checked, those are not close in sounding familiar)...she does that huff (like a mad deep breath), and fixes it. When she hands me the correct drink, and the food, she acted like she could not wait for me to leave. Biscuit was good, but the bo-tato rounds were cold and greasy.
I get it that it's busy, and possibly short-staff, but that's not my fault. I'm a Diabetic and this location in the past has given me regular Mountain Dew on different occasions, when I specifically said Diet cause I can't drink regular Mountain Dew. The staff corrected it, but I have to say this was the worst visit ever! As a customer, I should feel that I should be welcomed and be wanted to come back...but this girl decided that I was just bothering her and it wouldn't bother her that I didn't want to come back. She needs training in customer service, or she needs to find another line of work. I should give one star, but I'm giving 2 due to the biscuit being fresh. Why is it ALL the Wayne Bojangles' are either hiring employees who show that they hate working with the public, or having a nasty place for their customers?! My favorite one is the one in Princeton, so I guess I'll...
