The app didn't get my order to the store so I had to go in. No big deal but it took three times trying to explain it to the "manager" even showing my notifications that I had already paid twice. He finally found my order and ran my card two more times! Now I really like the app because I can customize what exactly I want instead of hoping the person taking the order in the drive through can understand enough to get my order right. So I did exactly how I wanted but after getting my order my PLAIN quarter pounder comes with ketchup!! Even the receipt states plain. So here I go again inside to get my burger right! Now when I first went in there are about 10 workers in the back. No one was eating inside besides more employees and there were two cars in line. The first employee that I saw was leaning on the counter on his cellphone. No big deal since they aren't busy, but when I had to go back in again the same guy was still on his phone and now showing the manager what he was looking at. Only big thing about this is there is a sign above their doorway from behind the counter that clearly says NO CELLPHONES! With a picture of Ronald McDonald beside the writing. Obviously it doesn't matter to them so what other rules don't matter to them? Apparently not getting an order right doesn't matter! Since they are the only McDonald's for a 5 mile radius they probably get away with a lot since there isn't much next to them. From now on I will drive into Norman to get my orders. Even though they are owned by the same franchiser it does seem like the employees are better at the Ed...
Read moreThis has ro be the COLDEST mcdonalds. It was so cold that employees were wearing hoods and hats. We had to run out to our car and grab our son his blanket so we could eat because he had goosebumps. I'm not fond of baby changing stations inside of bathroom stalls, which at this location, it is. If I need to run in and quickly change my sons diaper, how can I do that when there's only 2 stalls and people going in and out constantly? We got there before noon, and it wasn't very busy. There were a lot of elderly people there, which I typically like. The annoying thing is how people park. Park right next to my car on the side where my sons carseat is, and now I can't easily get him into the car. The food was fine. I ordered table service, and seriously, they called my name. I know for a fact they're supposed to bring the food to my table. Not only have I worked at McDonald's, and I know they're supposed to bring the food to me, but im also pregnant, so I order table service on purpose. Why have table service as an option if you're not going to hold your employees accountable to bring three food to me? The location isn't very kid friendly. However, they do have high chairs, so that's a plus. I could only find one trash can. That seems like a good idea until a rush comes and someone's having to pick garbage up off the floor while they have a million...
Read moreIf I could do zero stars I would. The food was fine, but to say the customer service was lacking would be an understatement. At 7 a.m. on 5/20, I cam in to this McDonald's to get breakfast for the whole family. There was no line and we were the only people in there. Everyone in my family ordered before me so that I could decide what I wanted. I find McDonald's iced coffee to be far too sweet, so I asked the man behind the counter if it was possible to get a large iced coffee with half the cream and half the sugar and he looked at me like I just asked him how to solve world hunger. So I asked, "Is that possible?" And once again, I got the same look. After his response, I asked, "Is that ok. Is it pre-made?" And he responded, "I mean yah." I just don't think that doing basic math would be too much to ask for. There were no other special requests but he acted like I was really putting him out by this request. Then, to top it off, the staff were speaking Spanish behind the counter and the cashier kept looking at me and saying something in Spanish and laughing. This was infuriating! I hope this guy learns some manners and that the manager seriously counsels him, because he should not be dealing with customers with...
