A wonderful surprise. I have driven past this place for months and finally decided to pop in. Greeted very pleasantly by Kendra, the young lady behind the counter. She was very patient and offered as many samples as needed to make a decision. I had the option to choose a Scoop or Sandwich on bread or croissant. I chose wheat bread instead of the croissant (recommended by Kendra). There is also the option to Make It a Trio by adding a side. I love anything spicy so I got the Jalapeño Holly, which has diced jalapeños galore! I also bought the Kickin’ Kay Lynne - a combination of buffalo sauce, ranch, bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, jalapeños, & Sriracha!!! For my side I chose the Grape Salad, which consists of Red & White seedless grapes covered in a sweet cream cheese mixture, topped with brown sugar & crushed pecans…YUM! The food is fresh and the prices are reasonable. There’s a cooler upfront with prepared salads to go, in large and small sizes. You’ll spend anywhere between $9 and $11, depending on sides and a drink. There is also a drive-through. I’m very pleased to have found something different to eat besides fried foods all the time.

My niece almost deterred me from trying by saying that her co-workers told her that it wasn't good. But I'm not one to go on others opinions, and decided to try it. I tried the Fancy Nancy ($8.99), which is chicken salad with Fuji apples, pecans and grapes on croissant, with a scoop of the barbecue chicken salad as my side, and a extra side of broccoli cheddar soup. The taste of the salad was good, but they hardly put anything on the bread. I literally was able to scoop the salad from both sides and put it on one half of the croissant, and my side scoop of barbecue flavored salad on the other half. I literally got more for the scoop than I did on the actual croissant. Now I'm wondering if it's better to just buy scoops and then add them to bread when I get home. The broccoli cheddar soup was creamy and very tasty. Now my body didn't hold on to the food very long, but that could also be some of my own stomach tolerances. All that to say is the chicken salad is tasty, has many options, but could use larger portions on the actual sandwich.

I've come here occasionally and I love the variety of chicken salad. So there was a new Chicken Salad Melt and I chose the Jalapeno Holly. The cheese wasn't melted completely, but it added more flavor to the jalapenos. Mac and cheese is bland. You need to add some and pepper. It will taste better with some seasoning. I don't like butter cream frosting on my sweets. The sugar cookie is still good. Nice treat for the meal. I love the pickle. Nothing amazing about the food other than the service and atmosphere. Lunch is my favorite time to eat here!

My family and I have been supporting this business since they've opened and never had a problem until today! April 18, 2025 (3:30pm). We spend $30 plus each trip! Today I went to get our usual and got upset and frustrated and really won't be spending anymore money here! While one customer won't hurt their pockets Corporate should know how they (Management and crew) treat their paying customers! I ordered The Chick 2 scoops and was only given 7 crackers the total went to 7 after asking for more! I asked the young lady at the window whom had had an attitude from the moment I got to the window bc they rang me up for a regular lemonade on a kids meal! Mind you when placing my order for my kids I ordered a strawberry and a regular lemonade. I assumed they misunderstood me when I said regular with an adult size drink. She ended up taking off the entire kids meal and rerang it up on a separate ticket. At this point I'm like what are y'all doing? I asked for more crackers after checking my bag she said she couldn't give me more because I already had 7. I said I could pay for more or can I speak to the manager because this has never been a problem before! She came back and said the manager is busy fixing food (No one in the lobby nor behind me) I get it could have been door dash orders but to refuse to help or hear out a paying long term customer to me was unacceptable! These past few months their customer service has gone down! Common sense really is common and obviously taking accountability isn't a norm! Management needs better training and hold their self and employees accountable and workers need to be at the window only of they can comprehend, without attitude! I'll be glad to spend my money else where before I feel un heard or pushed to the side! Do Better! Remember WE pay y'all bills, not the...

I placed an online order to avoid having to wait. I was getting lunch for work. Online said my order would be ready at 5:48 pm. Arrived to restaurant around 6:10 due to heavy rain in the area. When I arrived to drive thru I was instructed to pull to the window. When I pulled to the window I informed them that I had a carry out order that was supposed to be ready. The young guy at the window seemed so nonchalant said ok and closed the window. I sat there for 10 minutes watching him and his co workers laughing and talking as if they were at some type of party. So I blew the horn and asked he located my order he said he was checking on it. Another 10 minutes goes by still no order. Another young lady comes to the window and she states that there system had went down the night before and that she could not locate my order and if I told her what I had ordered she would remake it. Well she remade it and the order was wrong. The young guy at the window seemed as if he is incompetent to have a job and I wasted 30 minutes waiting on an order that was supposed to be ready and the order was still wrong. And I guess their apology were free cookies that I didn't...
