Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Gonzales

My first experience was Devine! Staff was super friendly and quick! Today was my 2nd. Only 3 vehicles in front of me. Great! Shouldn’t be long at all. It took 15 minutes to get to the ordering speaker. Placed my order a wrap with the side of banana. She repeated my order and it was nothing I had just said. I repeated what I wanted. Now only one vehicle ahead of me. At this time I am already late getting back to work. Lunchtime is over! I get to the window, pay, then receive my order. No banana! Got a bag of chips which I don’t eat. Where’s my banana?!!!! And I want want my 24 minutes back for the entire time I spent there! When I first started going there my order was right every time I went. Everything I had ordered was always in my bag… no problem whatsoever. Lately my order is just thrown together, putting items I didn’t ask for on my order, and missing items. I used to love going there but now I question if I want to keep going there.
