I ordered through their app for delivery like I always do, I’m pregnant and hungry waiting at home for it. And over an hour later they still haven’t showed up. So I call them and the guy says the order is sitting there waiting for me to come pick it up because they don’t deliver. Like what the heck?! I’ve had it delivered here tons of times by ordering for delivery through their app. They didn’t even think to call me right after I sent my order in to tell me they can’t deliver it!?! Just had me waiting forever and nobody showed up. And when I called them and told them I couldn’t get up there to pick it up, that’s why I selected delivery, just give me a full refund…..they told me they weren’t sure they could refund me! And “hopefully it’ll be refunded but they weren’t sure because they couldn’t do it at the store”. I even added a 20% tip beforehand when I ordered. $42 down the drain. I was always a loyal johnnys customer since I’m from Monroe where johnnys pizza was originally started. But never again! Don’t ever order through their app or online because they’ll just steal your money with no promise of refunding you!...

Thirdly!! I didn't file a complaint so there was no need to for you to call my phone with your opinions, and last but not least how about I don't patronize your establishment anymore because customers satisfaction is suppose to be one of your top priorities take the remaking of the pizzas up with your employees don't ever call my phone about some dry ass pizza because once you heard my voice and realized I was black u came with your suggestions!! Read moreJohnnys food quality has dropped drastically and the manager on duty Terez is a horrible store manager. An online order was placed for a small pizza yesterday and look at what was in the box. Upon questioning the quality I was not offered a refund or anything. I only ate some of it bc I was thinking it may be alright but it was entirely too burnt and hard to swallow. This is an acceptable product to them. DO NOT I REPEAT patronize this business because if you ask them to politely make the pizza over again they threaten to call the cops on you especially if you look opposite of the store manager Ms. Terez if you know what I am saying. I am very disappointed in this experience and don’t plan on eating here again. I normally eat there once a week. I’m from Monroe and was raised on this pizza and I can assure you this Gonzales location is not up to par. Why would you knowingly let a bad product leave out of your doors..
