I had the most incredible dining experience at LA ENCHILADA RESTAURANT! From the moment i walked in, the warm inviting atmosphere, and the smells immediately reminded me of Mexico and authentic Mexican food! The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who made me feel at home.

In my opinion, best menudo in Monterey County. The pieces are cut bite-size. The stew is not greasy. It is perfectly seasoned. It is accompanied with handmade tortillas--a perfect combination. This will be my menudo place henceforth.
