La Plaza Bakery — Restaurant in Gonzales

it's expensive The manager Rosi is always making sure you dont get anything extra even asking for 1 jalapeños when she is around will cost you... the food is good there is no doubt about that. Once in awhile is ok to indulge your self with good food, the bread is very expensive though you can find it cheaper and just as good at Santa Fe. I will continue to go occasionally. I gave it three stars because of the expensive bread and food items and being told that if I want a ( 1) jalapeño with my meal I have to pay...

We were redirected to the 101 due to the shutdown of the PCH and stopped for lunch in Gonzales, a very unlikely place for tourists to err... So we ended up in La Plaza bakery for a lunch made of perfectly executed burritos, tacos and tortas, a very helpful staff, delicious bakeries as dessert, all for a very reasonable price, which is always a good suprise in the usually overpriced state of CA. Well done La Plaza and keep up...

Great customer service ,fast orders ,Good food,from the bakery to their enchiladas also albodigas soup caldo. Have I told yet about their coffee just try their French vanilla then your gonna say can I have that bread and that bread great experience to dine out or pick your pastry cakes breakfast lunch or dinner p.s....
