This morning at 8:45am, I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 coffees and some egg bites. First thing I heard was "what can I get you?" In such a rude tone, there was no goodmorning, no hello, no emotion. As I was ordering, I kept getting rudely interrupted with "Is that it?" Once I approached the window I was not greeted whatsoever and was told my total amount in a rude tone (yet again). My drinks were given to me in a such rude manner and all I saw was a supervisor in a black apron just watching this whole Interaction take place and you could see that I was physically bothered as she watched. I asked for napkins and the barista looked bothered that he had to give me napkins and sighed extremely loud. Once he RUDELY handed me the napkins he immediately walked away and the supervisor was still watching and said absolutely NOTHING. I have never been treated so poorly at this location before that it almost makes me not want to return. I was given recovery cards for the "inconvenience" yet what does that really do if the quality of service was that bad. It almost felt like a "here you...
Read moreOvercharged and super rude associate. I ordered a lemon loaf cake. Price Tag shows 3.65 and he charged me 3.95 (about 10% more, really?) I noticed immediately and he said there was nothing he could do, that the price has gone up? What? I hope a manager replies to that and solve that issue.
Edit: went inside after 5 minutes to use the restroom and they added a new "tag" showing the "new" price. how bizarre. Asked to speak with a manager and he again, rude as before said she said busy. The manager who was sitting behind said there was nothing the associate could have done to "lower" the price. I did not ask to lower the price but our right as customer is to be charged whatever says in the price list. Hope this can get escalated. They never apologized. I want at least the difference to be refunded. Starbucks please take care of your stores, it's your name...
Read moreI can't believe this place operates under Starbucks name. I stopped by the drive thru on my way down south. I ordered a grande house coffee with cream and 2 splenda. They were out of Splenda, no big deal I asked for sugar. I was the second car in line and I could see there was 1 person inside. By the time I got up to the window I waited 5 min to get my coffee. It was so hot I couldn't take a sip for about 10 min. Kinda weird for just a regular coffee. When it finally cooled down enough I took a sip and instantly knew something was really really wrong. It tasted like hot water and spoiled almond milk- with maybe a splash of coffee. It was sooo disgusting!!! I should have gone to the gas station across the street. I haven't been to any Starbucks since, it...
