The drinks and service are great, but the customers ruin the atmosphere. See, Fry's is promoting a Holy Roman Empire-style "make it right" crusade to empower the customers en masse. What does this mean? It means that customers can hold up the line minutes on end taste testing a caustic ensemble of over-saturated sweet dessert drinks for as long as the manager will allow. Unfortunately for customers more content with a single helping of sugary delights, we are forced to bare witness to such an inordinate display of verbal and commercial malignancy. Prior to Fry's propagandist mission statement, this Starbucks acted as a sort of refuge to the cacophony normally supplied by shopping regulars of all sorts and styles.
In recent days, the Starbucks has devolved into a mad and disheveled motley crew of bandits and leeches, punishing the staff for the grave mistake birthed by the campaigners of the "make it right" movement. As a result, I will no longer be visiting this Starbucks. The actions of Fry's has created such a profane chaos that is only matched by the white noise of eldritch incantations provided by the folds of the Fry's store. The one thing that was pure in this hideous and cruel place has been tainted.
It should be warned that all those that should attempt to make purchase or retire for respite here will be cursed with the howling amalgamation, that can only be understood if one knew what a terrible thing this would become.
In short, Fry's Starbucks has become a nesting ground for fiendish and predatory customers that have spawned from the "make it...
Read moreMy favorite Starbucks location. Even though it's a grocery store kiosk, Becky, Vanessa, Cedar, Rianna, Mike, Ashley, and the rest make it more friendly than any stand-alone coffee source.
The very rare miscommunications in reference to a complaint review where a customer asked for a Grande and received a Tall)(I've never had an error) are happily fixed and often complimentary.
Just read a GOOGLE review by This Boy. I don't understand his 1 star rating. Does the Starbucks he is reviewing have bad coffee? Bad service? Do they take too much time pleasing their customers or not enough? It is still my favorite Starbucks.
I do wish they had a larger seating area. I grew up in the food industry and will always remember staffing issues and predicting customer numbers and demand. It's almost impossible and Becky and her crew do a better job...
Read moreCarina who works here has the worst customer service. I ordered ahead on multiple visits and she has not even started it multiple times. With no customers in site. The previous visit to this I ordered a “warm” hot chocolate for my three year old. When I grabbed, it was hot to the touch as I was going to explain to her that my three year old couldn’t drink that temperature and as I was about to ask her to dump some out and add some cool milk, she cut me off and stated that warm or hot is the only temperature they have and that they don’t make kids temperature drinks. She then said, I can give you a cup of ice. She was very snarky and I’m not impressed. I’ve held my tongue, but this is the third visit with her there that I’ve been completely...
