"I'm a big fan of discount stores, and Ross is one of my go-tos for affordable fashion and home goods. I've been shopping at this particular Ross location for a while now, and overall, it's a decent experience. The prices are always great, and you can find some amazing deals on brand-name items.
However, the selection can be hit-or-miss. Sometimes I walk in and find exactly what I'm looking for at a great price, and other times, the shelves are picked over and I'm left searching for something decent. The store could also benefit from a bit more organization and tidying up – it can be overwhelming to sift through the racks and shelves.
The staff seems friendly enough, but they're often overwhelmed, and it can be hard to find someone to ask for help. Checkout lines can also get pretty long, especially on weekends.
Despite these drawbacks, I still shop at Ross regularly because the prices are hard to beat. With a little more attention to organization and customer service, this store could easily earn 4 or 5 stars. As it stands, it's a solid 3 stars – good, but not great. If you're a bargain hunter, it's worth checking out, but be prepared to dig through the racks and shelves to find the...
Read moreI did not like this location at all. I went here to exchange my daughter's outfits because they were two sizes too big and I was looking for her next size up. I ended up getting new outfits the same size (the 2 sizes too big) because it turns out they do not carry toddler clothes in 5T at this location. Then.....I was waiting in line to pay and there was 1 woman ahead of me and 2 cashiers working. I thought it was EXTREMELY rude for the lady in front of me to be helped then the other cashier closed for break when I read the only one in line. Really? She couldn't help one more person?! Oh well..... then some weird chick was in there on her day off and thought I was taking the cart outside but I wasn't. Not sure why you can't take them out. But she yells to me the carts can't go outside to which I ignored her. Then I heard her friend tell her to hush since it was her day off!...
Read moreThe manager Tia is terribly rude and unprofessional. I'm not sure how she holds her position as a manager. Shes one of those people who abuses her role as a manager and uses it as a way to be condescending to those who work under her and is very unprofessional when it comes to correcting a mistake, especially in front of the costumers. I feel bad for the cashiers that have to work under her. I as a customer felt uncomfortable with the way she handled a situation during my check out and looked like the cashier wanted to cry. That's abuse. I will not stand for it. Ross corp needs to address this right away. And if I see anything like this in the future I will keep leaving reviews until this issue is corrected and not only myself but other customers don't feel uncomfortable when this particular manager wants to be unprofessional to the employees...
