Five Below — Local services in Goodyear

Today I went to have two balloons filled with helium. The woman was very rude from the start charged me $21.76 which was fine but she clearly didn’t know what she was doing or honestly just very racist, when I went back in the second time after one of the balloons was already deflating and the other wasn’t tied right, so it flew away, as soon as I went outside, a guy that was already there, also African American seen how rude she was and defended me, and she commented y’all must be related. And that’s not even the worst part at that time when I walked in there, she ignored me then told me that she shouldn’t have to do anything because I already walked out the door. I told her I was JUST in here I only live 4 minutes away. She said it didn’t matter, I also asked her if she could re-print my receipt so I can get the corporate number. She refused to reprint the receipt and told me I can look it up on the website, I asked her if she can just write down corporate number, like you can’t just refuse to do your job, so she wrote down a number I went in my car to Call and realize she gave me a fake number. I went back in to confront her about it and yes I do have this all recorded because I couldn’t believe the whole thing. But she actually said I thought i gave you the right one, then later I said again you gave me the wrong number she goes I know. I asked her if her name was even Monica, which is the name she gave me her exact words were “if that’s what you want to believe”. By this time, this is my third time coming in, so I had my receipt with me I told her then can I just get a return because it’s already deflated and I’m sorry almost $22 wasted in this economy?? And people are waiting on me to deliver these ballon’s for a birthday party, like where is your humanity we’re all just trying to get by. I’m also asking her as I’m reading the receipt, that says returns or allowed she flat out says no returns. I tell her I’m reading it and her exact words to me where “if you can get the helium to go back in the tank then I’ll give you a refund.” Just such a peer awful, bitter, old lady all of this over ballon’s.

Last night, My daughter and I had a late run to five below. They always have the cutest pj pants and she needed some. Theres a story but doesn't matter. Anyway, we rolled into this five below at 8:47. We knew what we needed and it was not like we were going to do some shopping. They close at 9 according to the hours online. We walk in and we were greeted with " We close in 3 mins later". His tone was rude. Theres this budgy man standing in the middle of the store, arms crossed with this irritated pissed off stance. A couple young ladies came after us and he told them he was closed. It 8:50. I understand that sometimes you have rough days but he made my pretty good night to a horrible one. Im giving them two stars because they lady at the register was real nice. She tried to make the experience better...

I love a good Five Below and came to check out this newest location on Goodyear. What’s better than saving a buck and being able to find so many goodies all in one spot? There was quite a line forming already when I arrived just a few minutes before 10. The doors opened promptly and we were greeted right away. The store was clean, well organized and the set up easy to find what I came looking for. I spent a good 20 minutes in the store and left with so much for than I had anticipated. There was only one employee that I saw, but he helped the line move fairly quick even stopping to help scan items for others. Prices are great compared to your regular chains nearby. All in...
