Today 12.1.23 I ordered a drink on the mobile is which I do often. I walk in and zero drinks are made, and there is at least 3 people waiting for a drink. I waited for 10 minutes, went out to my car to make sure I did in fact order the drink well I did. I looked at the time I had ordered and it had been 15 minutes from the order time, still no drink. I waited about 5 more minutes, as I waited in all of this time I saw 4 to 5 employees standing at the register just chit chatting, laughing, and doing literally nothing but that. 1 employee making drinks, 1 employee taking the orders in drive thru. Then about 10 people walk in and go to the register is which the chit chatter employees disperse. These people all order separate and they get their drinks within 3 minutes of ordering not to mention they got food and had that before mine drink was ever made. I finally go to the register and I ask the employee why my drink hasn’t been made and they ask for my name I give it, he goes to the counter where there is 2 drinks none of which are mine. Then a girl says my name. My drink took literally a total of 35 almost 40 minutes to make. Not to mention there was a lady there before me and clearly being patient and she still didn’t have her drink when I left but all the people who walked in and ordered sure did get their drinks quick. Read moreAbsolutely awful store and awful management. The employees are fine, but they seem to be pushed to their limits by the Starbucks manager and the target managers. Moldy pastry case, food that comes out of the oven is served cold, the register is always having issues and goes down. The management team there is full of idiots that can't seem to solve these problems, even after years of issues. The only reason I keep going is for the friendly employees who always show a good attitude even with what they have to deal with. I've talked to the employees on several occasions and they've told me about a lot of the issues they have and how the managers treat them; I just wish they could get new managers. Personally, I believe any manager that would treat their employees like humans and fix their store issues would be much better than the current ones. They're all idiots, to put it bluntly.

Read moreIf youre vegan or lactose intolerant be careful. I asked for an almond mocha frappucino with no whipped cream and they gave me whipped cream. No problem here, i just told them i asked for none. So the lady took it from me and just scraped it off and gave it back with pieces of whipped cream still on it. I went to someone else and said I do not mean to be a pest but I want no whipped cream on it at all. She asked if I wanted them to remake it. Duh! It has whipped cream on it! I can not eat that. So she takes it from me and remakes a new one. Great drink, so Im glad I got it. Thats why I give three stars, trying not to be dramatic about it. Wasnt impressed with the lack of apology and bluntness I got from that point on no matter how kind or understanding I was. I will just go to the one at Frys instead in the future.
