Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Goose Creek

I ordered a pizza online and had a total of 9.89 because I used a coupon. The website told me that the order had to be at least 9.99 in order to have it delivered to my house so I added tens cents into the tip just to round up my order. The order was placed and it took 70-80 minutes to get her which was fine and I patiently waited for my pizza.When the delivery driver came to my house she was an older lady with brown hair and glasses. She rang my doorbell so I got up to answer the door signed for my pizza and everything. Then she started yelling at me for putting in a ten cents tip and how I was very rude and disrespectful. I told her what happened and how I was just trying to round up my order but she didn't care she kept on yelling at me and told me I should at least give her a five dollar tip for coming to my house. Then she turned around and left. Getting into her car and slamming her door. I am sixteen, and don't have alot of money. I was just trying to order lunch for my baby sister and I who was in the house asleep and this lady comes up to my door to tell me I should have given her more money. I called the store and spoke to the manager about what happened and all she said was that she was sorry and would talk to the lady about it when she gets back. I expect better from Papa John's because I have known it to be a better organization in the past. Please don't order from this place unless you want the treatment that happened to me, to happen to you. I'm just lucky she didn't...

EDIT 7/28/19 Had a hankering for pizza and gave them another shot at carryout - pizza was ready in 25 minutes, warm, and customer service great! We devoured that one in our way to Lowe's and ordered another one for the way back which was also ready quickly! I'll add 2 stars back on and hope the trend continues!

PREVIOUS REVIEW: I've been to this location 3 times for carry out now and used once for delivery. Every single carryout has been a very long wait (despite waiting till estimated ready time). One time they hadn't even put it in the oven (I called the order in). This last time it was a 30 minute wait (despite tracker telling me it was being boxed 40 minutes ago) - because it was sitting on the other shelf and they didn't bother checking for it. After asking my name 5 different times and finally checking the other shelf they find it and I get to go enjoy my tepid pizza at home.

The only reason for 2 stars is because the ONE time I got delivery it was timely, fresh and warm, and the delivery guy was nice.

Why does the online site allow you to order online but 5 minutes after you order and pay youh get a call saying we can't deliver to you location. When you ask why they say your location is in one of or no delivery areas. So you telling me you can take my money call me and tell me I can replace the order and yet again take my money again and I still have to wait from Saturday for 3 business days to pass to get my money back. Why can't you just refund the tip I have tour delivery driver already and my delivery fee. Instead of having to recharge my card you don't deserve the right to ever get service again from me. The only reason I eat tour pizza to begin with is because you have garlic sauce for free. I will be glad to go to pizza hut that will deliver or Dominos that will deliver. So I will be calling the corporate number that you gave me that is wrong oh don't think I haven't don't my research to get the correct number. I want my 8 dollars and I do not want it as a credit I don't even eat your food enough to get a credit or gift card. I want my 8 dollars...
