If I could give 0 stars I would. It was my first and last time going to this location. The only thing I liked was the cook and the food (the cook was pretty much our server) Went there on a Sunday around 2PM. There was only one table with customers, one cook, and two servers. I went there with my husband and my 2 year old. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by one of the servers, as we were walking to our table one of the employees gave us a dirty look. Our server came to our table and asked what we wanted to drink. She gave us our silverware which had food on it so I asked for a clean set, she walked away with an attitude (i'm sorry if I didn't want the extra food on the silverware). We ordered our food and noticed our waitress never gave it to the cook, the cook was really awesome by the way. He was cooking and serving people at the same time, one guy even tipped him. While we were waiting for our food we noticed a lady had been waiting for a long time and was never greeted so she got up and left. Like I said there was no customers in there besides my family and another table so I have no idea why no one took care of that woman. My husband got his food and the waitress told me mine was almost ready, when she brought my food she looked at my two year old like she was surprised, she then went to the kitchen and told the cook to make a kids burger, after that the cook took care of us since our waitress never came back. We had to get up to get syrup, sweetener, jam, straws, ketchup, creamers, and coffee refills. By the time my daughter got her food me and my husband had finished our food. We had to put our dirty plates one on top of the other since our waitress never came to take them away. Every time we asked the other server for something she seemed to get upset. At the end our server brought the check which had extra drinks on it. I told her to fix it and again she gave us a bad attitude. I tipped her two dollars and again she seemed to be upset, but with that service I swear I tipped her more than she deserved. Anyways... I know it's Waffle House and I shouldn't be expecting a 5 star restaurant service but come on, you guys can do better specially...
Read moreWe used to go to the Waffle House closer to home, but let me tell ya what. We had family down visiting from NY and unfortunately we all had to work a lot while they were here, so grabbing a bite to eat together ended up being a highlight of their visit. When we walked into the Waffle House they weren't super packed with people, I actually had to meet my sister, brother, sister in law and all there, as I had an appointment. When I went in it felt like heaven as it was super hot out. But the best part of the whole stop was that my nephew was getting antsy so I let him pick music on the jukebox and he played Whats Up by 4 non blondes like 5 times!(there is a train on the album cover..Hes 4..nuff said) My naturally silly self started singing all loud and dramatically and then dont you know the cook started in with me and before long we had almost the entire restaurant singing too! Loved it!! Food was great..staff awesome. We wont ever visit another Waffle House unless we Have to! This...
Read moreI ordered over the phone about 45 minutes ago. My husband brought the food to me and it was all wrong, so I called back and spoke to someone that stated they would do my order over, I said please make sure my pork chops are they way I stated, she stated she will. when he brought it back it was the same thing as if I never took the order back . Hash browns burnt, Toast burnt, eggs running suppose to be fried and my pork chops are not what I ask for. Cheese mushrooms onions on the pork chops but they still are plain. I’m not going back a third time or calling. I guess I wasted my money😢 I’ve never experienced a problem here. This is my experience the first time bk in along time. (Picture...
