LEGITIMATELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Short “TLDR” Version: Experience so bad I had to write my first review EVER. Rude cashier that got an order wrong and then refuses to admit any fault instead insisting that I said the order differently. Unhelpful management that treated my presence as an inconvenience and then loudly slammed unopened untouched pizza on the floor after giving a refund. Personal opinion that $15 for mediocre pizza is insane especially when paired with wait times as long as better pizza restaurants and customer service this bad.
Long Version: I am not the type to complain about restaurants in fact this is my very first review of a place in general and it is unfortunately a very negative one. This is the worst experience I have had in a restaurant, the customer service being the most abhorrent aspect, I went in to order a Pepperoni Pizza and a Cheese Bread. The wait was 15-20 minutes which is fairly average for pizza generally though not common for this company normally. The total came up to about $15, This did not shock me as while I haven't visited a Little Caesars in a few years I know they increased prices fairly recently. This resulted in me not checking the receipt as I left for other things to pass the time. This would be the catalyst of my experience. After returning I had noticed the mistake after the cashier put two pizza boxes on the counter, I calmly informed them of the mistake that she rang up a Cheese Pizza instead of a Cheese Bread and even took some accountability for not checking my receipt. However despite my kindness on a very honest minor mistake the cashier rather than admit fault for mishearing which was understandable in a loud busy establishment she insisted on trying to convince me that I actually asked for a Cheese Pizza which I did not. The cashier then got a hold of a manager who rather than aid the situation only seemed to see my mere existence in the lobby as an inconvenient nuisance. After being offered a full refund rather than an order correction which was totally fine tho not ideal this manager proceeded to take the two unopened and untouched pizzas and slam them hard on the dirty floor. Not only was this unbelievably rude but also shows that this location has no intention of delivering on “Hot-N-Ready” and would rather waste two perfectly good usable pizzas just because doing their basic job duties annoys them. Funnily enough after leaving to eat at a Wendy’s down the road which was currently understaffed and busy they also had a minor mistake on my order and they just fixed the mistake without throwing a fit over it. Overall this location has bad customer service and inconvenient wait times for their simple “Hot-N-Ready” orders as well as now being nearly as overpriced as competing options.
For Potential Customers: DO NOT RECOMMEND Just avoid this location if you don't want to be treated as an inconvenience for giving them business and with their current price hike you're better off getting pizza at other businesses with better customer service and food quality
For Store Owner: Please consider retraining your management staff or doing a mass rehire for management, I myself have worked at food service and if I had been half as rude as the staff here was I would have been fired...
Read moreTHE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! 10/11/17. A young white male I watched eat his food lick his fingers then went to make pizza without washing his hands. I informed the night manger Mariah (who walked up to me with an attitude) rolling her eyes and neck yelling at me that everything that I have watched and video didn't happen, then I informed her of what I just took video and pic asked if she would like to see them. Her response and I quote "well" as she shrugged her shoulders. She has NO customer service WHAT SO EVER. I asked for corporate number and she refused. Once she walked away she was talking to the same young man and told him what I'm saying doesn't matter and NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO HER BECAUSE HER MOTHER IS A MANAGER AT THE MONCK CORNER LOCATION! So Miss Mariah believe she can speak to customer however wants because her MOTHER is a manager at another location. If she talks to customers the way she talked to me I now understand why this RED BANK RD location is always understaffed. I wouldn't even give this location 1 star. I called another to get the area maanagers number, I left him (Antwan) a voicemail asking for him to call me in regards to this and HAVEN'T received a call yet! I couldn't post the pictures or video on this review BUT I wil post them on google reviewas for this location and any other social network I can. This is a shame that this night manager acts and treat people and believes she will get away with it. That title of a manager do not give you the right to treat people in such a VERY NASTY WAY! I really hope something is done about her (probably not cause like she said her MOTHER works for little Caesar's too) and there already understaffed! SHAME ON...

I ordered 3 pizzas 2 hours ahead via the app. They were supposed to be ready between 6:45 & 6:50 PM. I got the notification that they were ready around 6:53, which was no biggie. However, when I went in, I was told they weren’t ready yet, so I stepped aside to the left since there wasn’t much space & it was crowded.
The guy behind the counter was extremely passive aggressive towards me telling me to move out of the way. I wasn’t even in the way of the other customers waiting to order nor there was much space for me to move to, & he said this after 15 minutes of me standing there.
Fast forward, they gave me my pizzas at 7:15, 30 minutes late, & I had gotten the notification that they were ready at 6:53. I ordered 2 hours ahead to prevent having to wait since I had an event to go to.
Once the cashier rung me up, he was still going on about me being in the way of other customers in an extremely passive aggressive way. I told him that I had ordered 2 hours ahead, not only did he not apologize, he went on about being “nice to other customers”, which in no way was I being rude to anyone there.
