This is the new culver's location and I am so glad to have atleast one fast food place that I can eat as a vegetarian! I have visited this place twice and it gets really busy during peak hours! Last time we parked outside and stepped in to order rather than going through the drive thru. They gave us a numbered piece of paper that we could stick on our car and wait in comfort. They have a system of after ordering from your car in drive-thru, they would ask you to pull up so that your food will be brought by a person outside .. I'm not sure about the efficiency of that system, but when it's peak-traffic, don't get upset if you really want something from here.
Today our trip was rather early and there were no customers eating inside. We ordered together, veggie burger for me and butterburger with bacon for hubby as a basket. I also wanted to try a couple of things more, so I ordered pretzel bites and root beer float. Let's start with the veggie burger.. it is actually very good, especially if you liked veggie burger at burger king earlier.. it is similar but a higher quality product, I believe the buns make so much of a difference. I also thing the party is similar to the garden biggie patty by morning star, but I may have to try morning star once again. So definitely try this if you don't want to eat meat.
My hubby's burger and crinkle fries were gone pretty quick, so I'd say he enjoyed his meal :) the pretzel bites r interesting, they are slightly crunchy on the outside and soft inside... And the cheesy dip is okay... I liked it to try but I am more of a sweet pretzel person, so may not order that again... and the root beer was also good, with vanilla ice cream! All the photographs of the food have been posted for reference!
The interiors are nice and trendy, some design creativity was experimented but the blue and grey colors are still quite dull to give you a lighter, and a happier ambience. They do have plug in locations if you'd like to stay there longer and have pints and family size ice cream tubs if you'd like to try. I ll keep the ice cream and concrete mixers for next time, to keep it interesting! Overall, food would be 4 stars, service 4 stars and ambience 3.5 stars. Hope you enjoy and share your...
Read moreFourth visit since this store opened, just over a month ago, on north side of Goshen. Have been disappointed each time due to missing items or food not prepared as ordered. I mean, how do you forget to put fries in a KID'S meal, for goodness sake?! And, after specifically asking for condiments, get home to find... No condiments; 3 out of 4 times! This time I went back in & said something to manager on duty. He didn't apologize. Just turned his back, put some condiments in the bag, turned back around, handed me the bag & then turned back away from me as I was speaking! 😮 RUDE! Got home to discover that my burger had a dab of ketchup, NO mayo & NO onion; even though I asked for all 3 & EZ on the onion. I guess EZ means none?! 🤦🤷 I'll start driving the extra 10 minutes to the south side of Goshen. And this is when they aren't even at full capacity due to COVID restrictions! They need to step up their game or they're going to go downhill REAL fast once they're allowed to...
Read moreCompletely dissatisfied with the service as this was our first time ever ordering at a CULVERS. We Sat waiting for over an hour as They served 8 to 9 customers that came after me and my lady and left us hanging for well over an 1hr 15mins. I had to grab there attention about this while they served customers that ordered after us and we watched them come and go. So if you go there beware you may get over looked. Corporate needs to do something about this store in GOSHEN, IN I paid well over 42.00 for our order and no refund to this verry dayyy.. Definitely won't ever be back and by the looks of these negative reviews they are spot on about this Elkhart Rd location. Corporate needs to take action immediately. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED 😤DONT SAY I...
