Starbucks — Restaurant in Goshen

I went there this morning to order my drink. I was very detailed as to how I wanted my drink. Yet they failed to make it how I wanted it. The barista that took my order looked confused when I explained my drink. I explained it to her twice. She wrote it down and the other barista whom is the manager made the drink. She didn’t do it right and as she was making it, she was doing it as if I was Inconvenience to her. When she went to add the sprinkles on my drink she sigh as it was a bother to her. You would think her being the manager she would have at least good...

This is a good little coffee shop. The employees are friendly and courteous. The food and drinks they prepare are wonderful; I usually switch between a triple mocha frappucino or an iced mocha- and both are made superbly. There are only two downsides to this shop, both due to it's small size: 1) They don't have as an extensive menu as a full-sized Starbucks and 2) occasionally, during busy times you may have to wait as much as twice as long as I would in a typical full...

This is the WORST STARBUCKS I have ever visited. Just horribly slow service and employees that seem to care more about talking to each other than doing what they are paid to do - make food and drinks. Took 25 minutes for two blended drinks (there were 4 cars in front of me in the drive thru). Only to pull away and get on the bypass to find that there were chunks of chocolate in my green tea Frappuccino. They must not have cleaned the blender after using it for some...
