Burger King — Restaurant in Goshen

For the longest time, and I'm talking the better part of 10 years, I've felt like Berger King got tired of seriously competing with McDonald's and was just phoning it in. But guys, girls, and whatever anyone out there identifies as I'm telling you that feeling is no more because Berger King has tightened their apron and has been bringing their A-game as of late. What was once the guarentee of old cold fries is now almost a promise of piping hot golden spears of a starch and happiness producing root. Paired in their paper bag home is a sandwich that has been crafted and packaged with care and artistry not used by or usually reserved for cooks in the lower end of the food service industry. To top this all off, the deals and rewards points program they offer through their website or their app are leaps and bounds above any other fastfood establishment that provides a comparable service. After years of writing reviews for establishments across the surrounding area I like to think I have become relatively good at reading how the market is going to react to events happening both home and abroad. And there is a strong warning I would like to offer. Please do not lower your quality or your standard for such just because there is a "shortage" of workers right now. We went through the drive thru, ordered a family meal.. we requested a whopper without onion and tomato. They failed to put lettuce on the whopper. The food was cold. It took 20 minutes to receive the food.. my family came home and the whopper was missing. I called and politely let them know what happened. They said to come back for the whopper they fogot to put in our bag. My son stormed out to return for a cold forgotten burger. I called back to make sure the sandwhich would be hot. They said yes. I let them know my sons food would be cold for the inconvenience. He came home 20 minutes later with a whopper made incorrectly and no warm sandwhich for himself for the inconvenience. The food originally brought was old and salty as if they rewarmed it and threw more salt on it. Its been 2 years since my last review and they still cant get a manager to organize a real team in their store. Went here late last night because I dont do mcdonalds and im sick of taco bell so I came here to get some food before they closed about 45 minutes before close. After I ordered i pulled up and sat there for a good 20 minutes which is a long time so you would think all of my food would of been fresh. Well I was wrong for thinking that. My chicken fries were cold and stale the mozzarella fries were cold and hard as a rock, my fries.. COLD. STALE! And only 1 of the 2 burgers I got were right. But those were old and cold too. The one burger I got i said I didnt want onion, tomato, or picked just lettuce, ketchup, and cheese. Well it didnt have any of what I wanted just what I didnt want on it. Literally the only things on my order that were right was the 2 freaking shakes SMH. I will say that the older woman that was taking the order tho was very polite professional, but still dont make up for that fact I wasted 30 freaking dollars on food I didnt get to eat any of.. Definitely dont recommend coming here...
