Flower arrangement was delivered very late on the day requested at my daughters work, she had already left for the day. I did not receive the confirmation of delivery until 3 hours after it was delivered. The flower arrangement did not resemble the picture of the flowers that I ordered. All the correct flowers were present, in generous amounts even, but the actual arrangement looked amateurish and patchy. I called and spoke with the lady who did the arrangement and told her about it and was offered a replacement. Why would I want a replacement of an already poorly done flower arrangement? I didn’t see the point. It truly looked bad. The stems were obviously left too long and it just looked very messy. This was the the second year I had ordered from Goshen Floral for my daughters birthday flowers and last year was much better and delivered in a decent time frame. Will NOT be ordering from them next year or recommending them to anyone else. I ordered a arrangement from Goshen Florist and it was prearranged through BLOOMNATION. I am including photos of what I purchased and what I received. The arrangement received was nothing like what was purchased. There were no lavender roses at all. One single red one. The vase was to be purple but they used a clear vase and there are several buds and flowers that are already browning and just look old. I purchased the arrangement at 8:40 am. I called at 11:30am and 1:15pm to see why it hadn't delivered. My wife's work is 3 miles away. The lady I spoke with both times said they were busy with a funeral. So the flowers were delivered 14 minutes before my wife left for the day and hours after 2 phone calls to encourage it to be more timely. They seemed very indifferent with my requests and I felt really unappreciated as a customer and then on top of all that I received a much less than expected...

I ordered flowers online yesterday morning for my wife to celebrate our anniversary. I left instructions to "please deliver after 4:30 if at all possible. My wife will be away from home on and off but should be home by then." Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered. I called today and asked what happened. I spoke with Sally, who said that "It looks like we tried to deliver them around 4:10-4:20. I guess we missed her. We'll try to get them delivered today." She didn't apologize, offer a discount, or offer any other remedy. I'm very disappointed because, since I had to work all day, this was the only way I could do something for my wife on our actual anniversary.
