McDonald's — Restaurant in Grafton

What is wrong with McDonald's? Bought one of their big box specials, walked out to car to eat it and the big Macs were barely warm. The meat in them was barely warmer than the lettuce and the cheese wasn't even melted. Had I been home, I would have heated it up in my microwave. My god McDonald's, you want to know why sales are down and people aren't going to your stores. It's because your food has no taste and it. Is cold all the time. Get rid of the microwaves and warming trays and start cooking your food dress like you used to. I know you don't care what people think or you would do something about this basic problem instead of trying to come up with news items that you can sell warm or cold. One day you will be like Sears and be closing your doors and still wondering why. This is the 4th McDonald's that I've gotten food like this, so this is not a one time thing. If I ever step in to a McDonald's again for something to eat it will be a long time and only because I've forgotten how bad...

I usually never really have a problem or complaint about fast food, Im generally pretty understanding and ill just eat it anyways. But here's my issue, I ordered a qp deluxe w extra pickles n a sweet tea. They handed my food to me in a timely manner for sure. But it was wrong, had not a leaf of lettuce, no tom, no pickles, okay... so I had let them know n they said they would fix it, they opened the same burger back up, threw 4 pickles on there n called it a day. Bro if you're going to charge 11 dollars for a burger that's barely a step above dog food, atleast give me all my toppings. It's alright, im pretty local, like 5 mins from here, I come here allll the time for a quick bite. No worries tho, not anymore, idc if it's 10 minutes further, ill be going to culvers everytime now. This is just simply the cook or whoever getting upset at having to throw a couple extra things on a damn burger. Get over yourself or go find another job if...

Worst McDonalds all around! The nighttime manager is not very accommodating when they screwed ur order up! Ordered 2 teas, one sweet one half sweet half unsweet, both unsweet tea, ordered a double filet-o-fish and ended up with a single! I order on the app so there can be no discrepancies and every time something is wrong. When we pulled up to the window to finally tell them after already telling the cashier(who apparently did not pass the message along) only to finally get to the window to be given someone else’s stuff. We said no, we need u to fix our order. They proceeded to ask us to pull forward again! My husband said no i will wait right here! At this point the manager came over and said what now? RUDE RUDE!
