What is wrong with McDonald's? Bought one of their big box specials, walked out to car to eat it and the big Macs were barely warm. The meat in them was barely warmer than the lettuce and the cheese wasn't even melted. Had I been home, I would have heated it up in my microwave. My god McDonald's, you want to know why sales are down and people aren't going to your stores. It's because your food has no taste and it. Is cold all the time. Get rid of the microwaves and warming trays and start cooking your food dress like you used to. I know you don't care what people think or you would do something about this basic problem instead of trying to come up with news items that you can sell warm or cold. One day you will be like Sears and be closing your doors and still wondering why. This is the 4th McDonald's that I've gotten food like this, so this is not a one time thing. But here's my issue, I ordered a qp deluxe w extra pickles n a sweet tea. They handed my food to me in a timely manner for sure. But it was wrong, had not a leaf of lettuce, no tom, no pickles, okay... so I had let them know n they said they would fix it, they opened the same burger back up, threw 4 pickles on there n called it a day. Bro if you're going to charge 11 dollars for a burger that's barely a step above dog food, atleast give me all my toppings.
