Pepperoni Express — Restaurant in Grafton

I live down the street from Pepperoni Express and find myself going every once in a while to pick up a bite to eat on the way home from my shift at the hospital. The food is typically average, and nothing special. Tonight I was DISGUSTED by my experience. I walked in to pick up my “Chicken Delight” which was anything but delightful. It is advertised on the website as chicken broccoli Alfredo “baked with a three cheese blend”.When I went to pick up my food it was being spun around in the microwave.... that’s not freshly baked... you might as well buy a “Smart Ones” frozen meal from stop and shop next door... also after I had already paid the woman working said to me “oh yeah I forgot to tell you were out of broccoli”.. too late I’ve aready paid?? Lastly, the icing on the cake was the woman working stuffing food in her mouth with her bare hands and then making people’s subs and cutting onions on the deli line in between ....still with her bare hands.. no hand washing, or gloving even once... hand hygiene is apparently not required here... I’ll NEVER be going again. And my food tasted old and soggy with zero taste.. I’m grossed out and disappointed. No wonder why there’s hardly ever any cars in...

Called in an order 25 minutes in advance. Arrived on time to be told that they never received the call. When we placed the order for the second time, they realized that we actually had called and that the original order got "stuck" in the printer. No apologies made. We waited in the parking lot, as it took 25-30 minutes for them to make the pizzas (no offer of free delivery, or any mea culpa item, despite their error). We checked them, before we took them home, thankfully. For one of the pizzas, we had requested ricotta instead of feta - no ricotta was discernible, but they claimed it was there in addition to the feta that was requested to be removed. This same pizza was supposed to come with zucchini, which they were out of, so they subbed with cucumber- yes, you read that right, they thought hot cucumber was a reasonable pizza topping/substitution. Lastly, if you list eggplant as a topping, have the decency to indicate that you bread and fry it so that those who take their vegetables seriously would know to avoid it. Truly, don't waste your...

This place is one of the worst I have had. I am a local and ordered from here at 5:00 on a Friday night we were told 40-50 minutes as it was a Fri night. We understood and agreed, an hour and a half goes by and we still had not received our pizza. We called again they answered on the second call and put us on hold immediately. 20 minutes on hold goes by so we decided to hang up and call back we called 14 times and it rang out. They finally picked up and when they did they had told us that our pizza had JUST come out of the oven. By this point it had been over 2 hours. So we explained that the pizza was supposed to be here an hour and a half ago they told us it would be another half an hour until we would receive our food. At this point we were upset and just canceled the order. Never order from here it has gone so downhill since the son has taken over. Service is rude...
