McDonald's — Restaurant in Graham

Very clean store,inside and out. Friendly staff. Order was promptly taken, and filled correctly. I definitely will return to this particular McDonald's. P.S. I only rarely give 5 stars. That's a perfect score, and no one/nothing is perfect... But I would give this visit 4 1/2 stars, if I could!

The above was written in 2019. This is what happened today, 3/27/22: Tina and I ordered at 12:50 today. It was 1:09 when we picked up our food. Multiple problems: *Employees standing around instead of cleaning or assisting customers *Many dirty tables. *When I told one of the employees that the trash was overflowing, he said, "That's OK ". ???!!! *A puddle of what I HOPE was spilled drink, next to the kiosk. *When I ordered a shake, Tina asked if the machine was working. Counter employee said it was. "Are you sure? The sign says not." " OH, yes, the sign is wrong". When we finally picked up the meal, no shake. "Machine not working ". Ice machine not working Diner Dash and mobile orders processed before our order, even though ours was posted first *we had to request the sauces twice. Why put the request on the receipt, if they aren't going to provide them?

I do have to say that the restroom was clean. However, the tp machine was empty in the disabled stall.The industrial-sized roll was on top of the stall trash can, to the right and slightly behind the throne. It made it difficult for me to access.

I've never had this many problems at...

Got the new Pretzel McFlurry for the 2nd time, hoping that they have learned how to make them now. The picture looks great--generous ribbons of caramel and chunks of chocolate pretzel. What we got was plain vanilla ice cream with just a tiny amount of pretzels that were pulverized into sawdust-sized particles--no caramel ribbons or chunks of chocolate pretzel in sight. We asked if they could add some of the pretzel/caramel/chocolate that was supposed to be in it, and they just dropped a tiny amount of crumbled pretzels on top. It is supposed to come in a clear cup, but ours was in a cardboard cup, I guess to hide the lack of caramel, chocolate, and chunky pretzels. We dumped it into a clear cup, and 3/4 of it was just plain ice cream--without even any of the "sawdust" they use for topping. We returned it for a refund. The manager and employee were noncaring and unapologetic. The ribbon of caramel and the topping should be stirred into it and not pulverized by a food processor, and it is supposed to be...

Had to wait for 15 minutes at the number one spot for them to bring me a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle with orange juice meal. The orange juice went empty by the time I got to window and was told to move to the first spot to wait for them to refill it and thats totally fine I understand I've worked fast food before. What upset me besides being late for work is that out of the 12 vehicles that went by two of them got the orange juice and I hadn't received anything I had to get back in line and tell them I hadn't received my meal and as I came up to the first window I received my food but no drink. By the time I got to the second window the person working told me that they where still waiting for it to be refilled even tho it already had been done. I finally received everything thing I paid for and it had been 23 minutes which made me late for work. Next time I think that it would be a better idea if the can ask if I would like to change my drink or refund me the difference instead of just keep me wondering...
