Stumbled on this place serendipitously when my mom and I tried to find a super safe/health conscious spot between Davidson and Raleigh. And it. Was. Amazing.

Let's start with the food and coffee. The maple bourbon latte was so delicious I got two more to take home. Not too sweet, a really lovely complex flavor that I'd never had in coffee before. The crepes are light and paper thin, yet incredibly flavorful. I devoured my Herbivore, which was fresh and filling. The dessert crepes are decadent, yet again really light and fluffy. The cheesecake filling in the red velvet crepe was airy and mousse-like. The addition of fresh raspberries added a pop of acidy sweetness.

Then there's the ambiance. It's cute, comfy, welcoming, warm. And in this really crazy time extremely clean and health focused.

And let's finish with the service. Because of the pandemic, this was the first time in 37 years I didn't go home for Christmas. The outdoor coffee at Press Coffee+Crepes was all the holiday time I got with my mom... It was also a chance to celebrate her birthday. Our server didn't know any of this... And was still delivering friendliness and service like he did. When he found out we were from out of town, he treated us to a complimentary dessert. We chatted about the new location they're opening, and I've never been so excited.

This holiday season was tough and had me feeling a bit low. The incredible food, drink, service and kindness at Press gave my mom and I an unexpected memory that helped...

Visited yesterday after a few months of not going, just because it is SO busy and crowded, I don't always have time to wait 20-30 minutes for a crepe. I called my to-go order in ahead because I live nearby and I knew there would be nowhere to sit. I had to wait in line a while to pay (expected), then found out they're no longer including the little tasty salad cups (black bean & corn, pesto pasta salad, fruit salad) with orders, but charging the same and making you pay extra for one 😠. Seems like a small stupid thing, but it reduces the overall value of the meal. I was also somehow up-charged for something, which I didn't realize until after I left. How can an $8.50 crepe cost $10.50 after tax? Last time I checked, food tax in Alamance Co was not that high! All I did was swap ham for bacon, and this had never been extra before. I also got an oatmeal bar, and I wasn't thrilled that the cashier didn't know how to use tongs property and awkwardly yanked chunks off, trying to remove it from the display plate. I also feel like it would be worth five seconds of someone's time to write prices on the baked good signs, which will speed up people's decision making process and eliminate the mystery of how much their item will be. The food was still delicious, and I may eat there again to use up a gift certificate I have from Christmas, but I don't think I will be spending money there nearly as much...

I’m a Haw River local, raised North Carolinian most of my life. My boyfriend from PORTLAND freaking OREGON was the one who found out about this place. The first time I went, it was a very rainy mellow early morning, my boyfriend and I stopped by to grab a quick bite and fuel up on caffeinated beverages before we set off to travel a long way south, we were maybe one of 2 groups in the whole cafe. The second time was the weekend of val(gal)entines AND super bowl (so a bit more lively) I had brought my best friend from delaware to try out this spot with her, there was a 40 min wait time but thankfully the cafe was located whithin the town’s square and we spent the morning walking around and exploring the different shops which was such a wonderful time! the crepes are always so yummy and fresh, they have something for everybody! (sweet, savory, sour + more) it was always delicious. The staff was amazing. ALSO!!! the second time i went with my best friend, we started chatting up to one of the ladies there and she was an absolute doll and so sweet, she complimented my dress and she was taller and had the cutest bangs and glasses AND the best pair of pants ever! (we forgot her name but if you ever get a chance to read this we still think about you always!) thank you for making the experience even more pleasant and enjoyable 🫶🏻 (she’s in the back of the picture with my boyfriend in it on...

Another amazing find! I never knew Graham had such a cute downtown area too! My friend and I died here on Sunday for some brunch at about 1215. She and I are from Charlotte and Durham area and we met here halfway. We picked the spot because they had some gluten and dairy free options and I am both gluten and dairy free. I’ve gone to crêpe places before and have often had to order two crêpes just to feel somewhat full and was prepared to do so however, it was not necessary. I have a large appetite, especially because I fast until lunch on Sundays after church, and wow, was this food filling! I got the vegan crêpe with the gluten-free buckwheat batter and although I love vegan cheese, I eat chicken so I added chicken to it and they didn’t give me a hard time about that at all. My friend got the turkey brie crêpe and she loved it also. We also want to take experience their potato waffles so we just ordered a side waffle to share for four dollars instead of ordering a whole meal. Everything was phenomenal so full they were not sparing on the ingredients. I also got a Matcha latte with oat milk and it was so delicious and creamy. I had to have them re-ask and make sure it didn’t have regular milk in it because it was so good! She got a chilled coconut tea and she loved it also. And all we will definitely be back. She was happy to find out that they have some locations near her in Durham.

As a foodie, you live for gems like this. The ambiance is warm and rustic and the seasoned staff make you feel the love of what they do. Beyond the atmosphere lay some of the best crepes, coffee and weekly specials with French inspiration I’ve had in a long time. My espresso was served perfectly atop a dark wooden with a glass of carbonated water. This was a game changer for me, most coffee shops don’t take the extra step to clear the taster’s palette so they can really enjoy the flavor of the beans…but they did! (Ashley did!) My pour over was equally wonderful and the dish I had the first time was fresh, and plating was great (I was missing the hollandaise, but it wasn’t worth any audibles or deductions). I would highly recommend any menu item, there is passion in the preparation and design process. While there I could hear them sharing ideas about dishes, their ingredients and cooking techniques used to prepare them. It couldn’t have gotten any better for me from that point. I highly recommend this establishment.
