So we always go here for our sons birthday. He loves the hat and the whole thing!

Really hate to say that last was terrible. Just awful.

They made A LOT of mistakes, but they were busy and we totally understand that. But, the attitude of our server was appalling. He acted as if we were the biggest inconvenience in the world as soon as we were seated. We all took showers so didn't smell bad, I don't think 😳 We should have just walked out then 🤦🏻‍♀️

We're very polite, understanding, patient and we tip well. Every time. I'm telling you there was no reason for it. Even our boy got most of his energy out earlier and was extremely well behaved/chill.

So I told the waiter that I understand they're busy, it's Friday night, that it's our little boys 4th birthday...... "If you're able to get to it..."

And he waves his hand down, half cocks a grin and walks away.

Ok? It's cool I guess.

We finished eating...

And we waited.....

And we waited .....

Waiting......

We cleared the table so there'd be space....

And we waited.....

..... just as I said, "let's get up and get the ticket up front" he finally came by and said, "sorry here you go" and plopped the birthday dessert on the table.

Our boy said, "sing happy birthday? 🥺 Hat?" And pointed to the angry waiter walking away.

It's just a thing we enjoy doing with our son on his birthday and he enjoys it too. Ugh and he was so sad and like... We don't expect a lot, but damn. They were rude AH. Maybe they thought we were someone else? I just can't wrap my head around it. 🤯

We turned it around best we could, but to say this was a disappointment from the restaurant is an understatement. Very frustrating. Like who has a budget to go out to eat? This was a special little outing, y'know?

He brought out our bill very quickly after the disgusting cake (my husband took a bite)

We just wanna see our baby smile on his birthday, we're so so lucky to have him!

Anyway, they could have said they were too busy for another table and we could have gone elsewhere.

Needless to say we will...

My friends I went for lunch yesterday, we had some tall male waiter with his hair in a bun. When he was taking orders my friend ordered a tequila pineapple which wasn’t on the menu. It obviously confused our waiter and he asked what it was and immediately walked away from the table, came back, ID’d my friend and then quickly walked away without taking my order. When he finally came back I mentioned that i wanted to order and he proceeded to tell me I should’ve spoke up and that im just sitting here being quiet and had a really bad attitude about his negligence, trying to blame me for his lack of acknowledgement for me as someone at the table waiting to order. He kept repeating, “what do you want, what do you want” over and over and rolling his eyes and glaring. He then proceeded to loudly talk about us in the Kitchen with other employees, mocking our voices and our orders and then speaking Spanish about it as well, thankfully my friend at the table spoke Spanish and translated what he was saying. Which was funny because he was making things up that didn’t happen to the staff to amplify his version of the story which wasn’t valid. He then proceeded to bring our food out and specifically look at me and say “is there anything YOU need?” He got zero tips from us, which was well deserved. Everyone else here is kind and has always been respectful so this was baffling as he was extremely disrespectful and unnecessarily aggressive...

I wish I could give this place zero stars. 5 of us went to this restaurant for dinner. It was the worst experience I have ever had. Waitress was very unattentive. Waited for a very long time for order to be taken. Had to ask 3 times for a glass of water and a refill on a soda. Then after waiting for a long time for our food it came out in 10 to 15 minute intervals. The waitress brought the rice and beans out 10 minutes before the rest of the food. One of the guest didn't get her food for 20 minutes after everyone else. Fajitas were so skimpy you couldn't even see the steak. One burrito was cold. When we made a complaint to the mgr on duty he basically brushed us off and not once offered any apology or compensation. When our waiter finally returned to our table she literally threw my check in the middle of my plate of food. I approached the mgr again and he basically sided with the waitress and told us to leave. What sort of customer service is that? I will never go back and we normally spend 100 plus dollars...
