Subway — Restaurant in Grain Valley

I visited this Subway at 6:30PM on Thursday 4/26/18. There was no one else in the restaurant and staff came out to greet me. I first noticed that there were a few tables dirty. I went to use the restroom and there weren’t any paper towels to dry my hands. I had to use toilet paper! I told the staff and they apologized, but really?! There was a female employee working and you would think that she would have noticed that plus it wasn’t like they were busy!! The spinach I selected for my sandwich wasn’t fresh at all. I picked some off before ate it. With all of the concerned with bacterial poisoning it really should be changed out more frequently. They had heavy metal rock music playing so loudly in the lobby that I chose to leave the restaurant in order to eat in my vehicle. I’ve been to this Subway many times because I travel to this area periodically. The music is always extremely loud. Management should recognize that not everybody likes their taste in music while eating. Not a single napkin in my bag...

Worst place every never had an online order like that. I ordered online came this older lady gave me a small cup and told me to sit down and she would bring it to me. Then she started giggle saying, "hehe were never going to get to this online order done" after six people already walked in before me. So I got in line and she wouldn't even get my order in until I hit the front of the line. Thankfully this nice firefighter in front of me let me get in front of him because he could tell I was ticked. I got to the front of the line and upgraded myself to a bigger drink for my mom and I and she gave me a extra cookie after standing there for 25 minutes I should of been reimbursed NEVER order online for this subway. I will NEVER go to this place again the truck station (main) subway is sooo MUCH better.
