Valley Social Coffeehouse — Restaurant in Grain Valley

I had the opportunity to bring my 5 year old son to Valley Social Coffeehouse last week as we were looking for a nice spot to enjoy breakfast. My son is particularly interested in coffee shops with a good selection of sugar-free flavoring options as he is doing the Ketosis. It’s very popular among him and his friends to be “shredded”, so this is very important that he has access to sugar free coffee. My five year old son decided to get the sugar free iced mocha latte and was astounded by how good it was! He also got the sausage, egg and cheese croissant. He did not eat the croissant due to the large carbohydrate contents, but rather enjoyed the sausage, egg and cheese because of how much he loves protein. I had the breakfast burrito. My husband went there twice last week, and both times everything he ordered was exceptional! He ordered the blended chocolate milk, a smoothie and a cinna- waffle. He also got me one of the tumblers as a gift, and it is very high quality! The convenience of the drive thru was great with a 4 year old in the car during one of the visits. Everyone was very friendly and had great energy. He said the decor was very trendy, and the garage door is a really cool feature for fair weather days. This has been the most pleasant, welcoming coffee shop I’ve been to in a very long time.

It’s such a gem and too good to keep to myself. The aesthetics & decor of this place really add a very serene element to an already beautiful place. The snickerdoodle cookies will get you in trouble if you’re not careful. 😉 They have high sped internet/wifi, staff that are knowledgeable and creative toward curating a beverage that satisfies your tastes buds, and a really good collection of gear, stickers, etc. to buy! All of it is worth the indulge and drive from downtown KC.
