Midnight Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Granbury

I noticed this place when I was at Discount Tire getting a flat fixed. I had just walked to the gas station to get a drink and a snack to end up getting a moldy hot pocket at the gas station. Walking back to Discount Tire from the Gas Station was when I noticed the Midnight Coffee Co. trailer parked in the parking lot near Discount Tire. After arriving at the establishment I had told the two owners inside about my previous experience at the gas station and that I was waiting on my car at Discount Tire. I don't normally drink coffee and I think one of the owners could tell by the way I was asking about the menu. The owners politely educated me on blue lotus and told me that it is not coffee, so I chose to order one, it ended up being amazing. The reason I decided to write this review is because after I told them about my terrible gas station experience, they offered me a free granola bar and told me about the non coffee drinks. I stumbled upon the coolest coffee trailer earlier in the year and I still dream about the coffee ☕. The owners are seriously the nicest people, always greeting everyone with a smile 😊.
