Update They clearly don't care about your satisfaction or concerns! Don't let their feedback fool you, pretty sure they only do that to make it look like they care and want to fix things...they don't. It's been almost 2 weeks that I've tried to contact their general manager, David Tomerlin, just like they wanted me to so they can "address my concerns." Called multiple times to him directly, the office, left voice-mails and messages...nothing...they clearly don't make their customers a priority and just when I was about to give them a second chance.
ORIGINAL COMMENT I would NOT recommend to take your vehicle here ever! There's terrible communication within the internal staff, not sure if mechanics are actually doing the work, managers there don't care about their clients as long as they're not losing money, and they're simply just not true to their word. Service department and advisor assured me a diagnostic would be covered under warranty as long as no other work is done, I specify not to do any other work without contacting me first then. They do the exact opposite and end up charging me for "fixing the issue" which didn't even fix the issue. I ended up getting my vehicle fixed at their Weatherford branch instead and once I told them the story they even felt bad and said themselves that I should get a refund. Took 2 MONTHS just for a manager in granbury to finally tell me that they can't issue me a refund because there was no note of a repair ever done and that the charge was for the diagnostic that I was originally told would be under warranty. I can't even ask the advisor that was in charge of my truck about it because he no longer works there. If they would've handled my issue in a timely manner I could've contacted that advisor while he still worked there and got all this resolved hopefully. Even asked to speak to the head manager and they said ok but never called me back. I'm truly disappointed on how they handled everything and I recommend...
Read moreHorrible service!!! I went in for my first service for a new vehicle. The whole experience was bad. First, the service guy asked why I was there. I told him I needed the first service on my vehicle and the rear driver’s side tire had low pressure and had been losing it at a very slow rate. I had it checked a month earlier at another place and they couldn’t find anything, so they told me to keep an eye on it - which I did. I told them the pressure had dropped since then and was quite a bit lower than the other tires. Then I told him there was a rattle on the trunk when you open or close it - and showed him. The service jerk told me the computer system was down company wide and they couldn’t do anything except change the oil. I asked why the others issues would be impacted and received nothing except a “that’s all we can do.” Then he agreed to look at the tire. I had made an appointment and had been told the service would be about an hour to an hour and a half. After an hour an ten minutes, the vehicle hadn’t even been moved. I walked to another appointment I had and upon my return an hour and a half later, I picked up my vehicle. They didn’t check the trunk - as he said, so I really didn’t expect that anyway - and he told me there was nothing wrong with the tire. After leaving, I checked and they didn’t even inflate the tire! Thanks for nothing. I don’t believe they even looked at it. Throughout the experience the service writer was a total jerk, sullen and unfriendly. I will drive to Fort Worth or anywhere from now on unless it’s some kind of emergency. This was a total, absolute waste of my morning. I am so disappointed. Under the previous ownership,, the service was excellent. Read moreI first went to book an appointment online as I noticed this option was available... as I was filling it out, I had a gut feeling to wait and call when the service drive opened. Upon calling immediately at 7am, the gentlemen who answered the phone was by far the rudest person I have encountered via phone. I do not recall his name but he was an older gentlemen. I had informed him my check engine light had come on this morning and would like to come in for an appointment as my work schedule is not the most convenient. He abruptly told me they do NOT work by appointments, and in a short version to either come in and sit for a 4+ hour wait, the current customers are more important at the moment, or deal with it. I then decided I would give it a shot and attempt to get in, so I quickly drove over so they could at least tell me the codes. I sat in my truck while no one assisted me. It was not until I got out and walked up into the bay when someone finally approached me. I am BEYOND myself with the customer service this department lacks, and as I have read through the reviews - this seems to be an ongoing issue with this service department. I will also add, why do you have the option of booking an appointment, when in reality - your service department will not abide by what you're website says. Its extremely misleading and not professional. Lazy, arrogant and plain disrespectful to customers. I do not care who you are, how old you are... fix your service departments attitudes if you'd like returning customers. I would rather drive an hour or more, to a different dealer to get the proper service myself and everyone else deserves.
