My recent experience with Jerry Durant Chevrolet Buick GMC left me questioning the culture of professionalism at this dealership. My spouse and I have purchased vehicles in cash before, and we came into this process with every intention of buying another truck. Instead of being treated with respect, I was met with a sales representative who, during a text exchange, told me: “I understand if you can’t afford a new truck sir.” That kind of remark isn’t just a bad choice of words — it’s a reflection of a culture where customer respect is not a priority. We walked in as serious buyers, with the financial ability to make a purchase, and were instead spoken to in a way that was dismissive and unprofessional. I attempted to resolve the issue directly with the general manager, but my initial outreach was ignored. Only after I escalated the matter to ownership — through Facebook and email — did I receive a response. At that point, I finally got an apology and a call from the GM (the owner’s grandson). Had I not pushed further, I strongly doubt there would have been any follow-up at all. I even sent a kind and thoughtful letter to ownership, outlining the experience and urging them to address it so other customers wouldn’t be treated the same way. The fact that it took multiple attempts and escalation to ownership to get any acknowledgment tells me that this isn’t just about one sales rep — it’s about the culture of accountability at this dealership. In my opinion, professionalism and respect should never have to be asked for, especially at a dealership that prides itself on reputation. My hope is that sharing this experience helps prevent others from going through something similar.

Over a year and a half they have had my wifes Tahoe. They at one point was even trying to charge me a tow fee.i paid the tow company personally to take the car to them. I've heard excuse after excuse from service managaers,service writers ect. As a small buisness owner myself I would hope Jerry would read this and realize something ain't right. I choose this location as I believe in keeping it local and like the durants I'm from tolar and both our family's have been around these parts for several generations.word of mouth is a real thing. ive been super nice and patient but after telling them that I was going to have it taken to another shop I got hit with a bill for a vehicle they never fixed.when the tow truck driver arrived to pick it up the whole steering column was left in pieces.i will spend the rest of my day contacting lawyers.yall cannot and will not get away with this.heads up Kendall I've documented everything from day one and can't wait to dig into this thing and findout what all was actually done I will be reporting to better buisness bureau and have made it my personal goal to ensure yall never do someone this way again. I had to call 7 times since yall left me a voice mail stating yall would be selling my vehicle if I didn't pick up asap.yall were suppose to fix it not sell it!!!!

Review for 2025 Chevrolet Trailblazer at Jerry Durant CBG LLC of Granbury, TX. I recently purchased a 2025 Chevrolet Trailblazer from , Jerry Durant CBG LLC of Granbury, TX, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth and hassle-free. My Salesperson, Aaron Graham was extremely helpful, answering all my questions and making sure I found the perfect vehicle that met my needs. The dealership was transparent about pricing, and there were no hidden surprises. The financing process was also straight forward, and they worked hard to get me a great deal even when I made a cash purchase. As for the car itself, I am absolutely loving it! I have the beautiful blue model of the car which even my neighbors have stopped and complimented me on the color and the sporty look. The car is very fuel efficient, and it drives smoothly. It has many safety features including the front, side, and rear cameras to ensure I remain in my lane, and keep my distant from other vehicles. Even though my car is a compact SUV, there is no stooping necessary to get into my vehicle and my car also has a larger cargo space than many other Compact SUVs, with lots of head space and plenty of leg room for any passengers who ride with me. I feel totally confident in my purchase. Overall, I highly recommend Jerry Durant CBG LLC of Granbury, TX, to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a great buying experience. Update They clearly don't care about your satisfaction or concerns! Don't let their feedback fool you, pretty sure they only do that to make it look like they care and want to fix things...they don't. It's been almost 2 weeks that I've tried to contact their general manager, David Tomerlin, just like they wanted me to so they can "address my concerns." Called multiple times to him directly, the office, left voice-mails and messages...nothing...they clearly don't make their customers a priority and just when I was about to give them a second chance.

ORIGINAL COMMENT I would NOT recommend to take your vehicle here ever! There's terrible communication within the internal staff, not sure if mechanics are actually doing the work, managers there don't care about their clients as long as they're not losing money, and they're simply just not true to their word. Service department and advisor assured me a diagnostic would be covered under warranty as long as no other work is done, I specify not to do any other work without contacting me first then. They do the exact opposite and end up charging me for "fixing the issue" which didn't even fix the issue. I ended up getting my vehicle fixed at their Weatherford branch instead and once I told them the story they even felt bad and said themselves that I should get a refund. Took 2 MONTHS just for a manager in granbury to finally tell me that they can't issue me a refund because there was no note of a repair ever done and that the charge was for the diagnostic that I was originally told would be under warranty. I can't even ask the advisor that was in charge of my truck about it because he no longer works there. If they would've handled my issue in a timely manner I could've contacted that advisor while he still worked there and got all this resolved hopefully. Even asked to speak to the head manager and they said ok but never called me back. I'm truly disappointed on how they handled everything and I recommend...

Horrible service!!! I went in for my first service for a new vehicle. The whole experience was bad. First, the service guy asked why I was there. I told him I needed the first service on my vehicle and the rear driver’s side tire had low pressure and had been losing it at a very slow rate. I had it checked a month earlier at another place and they couldn’t find anything, so they told me to keep an eye on it - which I did. I told them the pressure had dropped since then and was quite a bit lower than the other tires. Then I told him there was a rattle on the trunk when you open or close it - and showed him. The service jerk told me the computer system was down company wide and they couldn’t do anything except change the oil. I asked why the others issues would be impacted and received nothing except a “that’s all we can do.” Then he agreed to look at the tire. I had made an appointment and had been told the service would be about an hour to an hour and a half. After an hour an ten minutes, the vehicle hadn’t even been moved. I walked to another appointment I had and upon my return an hour and a half later, I picked up my vehicle. They didn’t check the trunk - as he said, so I really didn’t expect that anyway - and he told me there was nothing wrong with the tire. After leaving, I checked and they didn’t even inflate the tire! Thanks for nothing. I don’t believe they even looked at it. Throughout the experience the service writer was a total jerk, sullen and unfriendly. I will drive to Fort Worth or anywhere from now on unless it’s some kind of emergency. This was a total, absolute waste of my morning. I am so disappointed. Under the previous ownership,, the service was excellent. Oh, and although I wouldn’t eat anything anyway, their customer waiting room is just that - a very uncomfortable, dismal room which smelled of mold. There’s no water or coffee. I was very happy I...

I first went to book an appointment online as I noticed this option was available... as I was filling it out, I had a gut feeling to wait and call when the service drive opened. Upon calling immediately at 7am, the gentlemen who answered the phone was by far the rudest person I have encountered via phone. I do not recall his name but he was an older gentlemen. I had informed him my check engine light had come on this morning and would like to come in for an appointment as my work schedule is not the most convenient. He abruptly told me they do NOT work by appointments, and in a short version to either come in and sit for a 4+ hour wait, the current customers are more important at the moment, or deal with it. I then decided I would give it a shot and attempt to get in, so I quickly drove over so they could at least tell me the codes. I sat in my truck while no one assisted me. It was not until I got out and walked up into the bay when someone finally approached me. I am BEYOND myself with the customer service this department lacks, and as I have read through the reviews - this seems to be an ongoing issue with this service department. I will also add, why do you have the option of booking an appointment, when in reality - your service department will not abide by what you're website says. Its extremely misleading and not professional. Lazy, arrogant and plain disrespectful to customers. I do not care who you are, how old you are... fix your service departments attitudes if you'd like returning customers. I would rather drive an hour or more, to a different dealer to get the proper service myself and everyone else deserves. The service manager should be ashamed of his employees and instead of the typical "please call us so we can fix it".... try actually fixing the problems that have the same common...
