Stopped in before a possible dinner rush to get @ least mediocre service since the word around town is they are lack of help. We sat ourselves, went to barside tables in hopes to be noticed, all tables were free of plates & cups but all were sticky & not cleaned. We chose a table & sat for 13 minutes with nobody coming by, an older manager guy walked right by us bringing a couple togo boxes to the 1 table right next to us & kept on. He did look very upset & not happy maybe a bad day! Before walking out we decided to still give it a shot & flagged someone down. This server said absolutely I will help ya'll & promptly took our drink & food order. OK! Maybe everything will be alright as we had a long day ourselves & already here + she seemed eager. Server was great with doing her job @ the capacity she could, food came out cold, boneless wings were tiny nuggets burnt with 1/2 of the order being all breading & no meat, fries weren't fully cooked & soggy, son's burger wasn't correct completely wrong burger by the time it was brought out it was in a togo box to push us out. Server said she asked the manager to stop by to acknowledge our food experience & look @ the product that came out of the kitchen / he never did stop by, he did walk by us to drop food off to some bartop guests but he walked by us twice & never checked on us. Our server came over for payment we asked what exactly does he do here? (Server) He is the General Manager! We told our server he walked right by us even after you asked him to check on us?? She wasn't happy to hear her mngr ignored her request for him to stop by. We reassured her maybe he is just having a long hard day? (Server) stated that's just him, he just got here 35 minutes ago & he is the closing manager I don't think he likes his job & is always stressed out!
Overall until they get a better lead manager that supports this operation across the board to supporting all staff & respects the $ we guests spend we will NOT be back & we will definitely spread the word to not waste your time or hard earned $ in this establishment until they can get this organized with respectful management.
Drinks from the bar: beers were cold & mixed drinks on point, seems like the staff is trying very hard, management is not doing their job overseeing all operations especially from the kitchen & what is coming out. Before posting this review I had scrolled through other posts & I am clearly not over reacting even to-go items the food is over cooked & dry and takes over 40 minutes for anything.
Hopefully this place can get things together!? Seems like it would be a real fun place with all the tvs...

When we were greeted by a host, she was super nice and said while we were waiting we could stop by the bar and grab a drink. We waited by the bar for a few minutes and the bartender said he would be right with us. While we were waiting, a young worker who wasn’t a manager came over and told us we needed to move and get out of way and that we were not allowed to get drinks from the bar. We explained to this worker that the hosts up front told us less than 5 minutes prior that we could go get a drink from the bar. She responded very rudely “Well we’re not doing that right now. There’s a wait up at the front of a line of people.” We again tried to tell her that we were just getting drinks from the bar while we were waiting and that the bartender told us he would help us in just a moment. She replied back “Well I’m here to tell him right now that we’re not doing that anymore.” This young lady was very rude despite us trying to be nice to her and explain what we were told. We told the hostess up front what had happened and she said she would go talk to her manager. It appears there was big miscommunication between the host, manager, and this other young worker. Regardless of how busy you are or a newly open restaurant, there was no need for a worker to talk to customers that way. There was also a couple of other gentleman behind us waiting to order drinks at the bar and we all just walked away from the bar and young lady very put off by how rude she was. She could have approached the situation in a much kinder way and/or stopped allowing drinks to be ordered at the bar after us four ordered our drinks since no one else was waiting. As a family who has had multiple people work in the food industry as hostess, servers, and managers, this was totally unacceptable. Drink prices are higher priced than advertised prices on the menu. No excuse for the actual beer prices not matching the beer prices on the menu. Very poor practice, ecspecially after the bartender acknowledged the prices are incorrect and still hands over the incorrect menu.
I arrived on a slow weekday evening. Restaurant was out of their so called 'hottest' signature sauce, already. Bartenders said their 'hottest' sauce wasn't even hot. Not exactly a great selling point as they have a 'Wall of Flame' for those who can finish those allegedly spicy yard bird legs, under certain conditions. So I instead settled for the next hottest sauce on an order of wings.
Good portions, mediocre flavor, nothing to write home about or to compete with other wing places. Large beers (incorrect pricing in pro ided menu), but don't expect to be waited on in a timely manner. Had to ask several times for an order, another beer, and my tab as the two bartenders were unattentive and not personable at an almost empty bar top. I watched other patrons asking for their orders as the bartenders forgot what was going on with maybe 10 people in the entire establishment.
Like other new places in Granbury, great possibilities, but mediocre food and less than mediocre service. Time will tell if they can vastly improve their service, attentiveness, and food quality to match their possible great atmosphere.
Update from Monday night 4/22/24, the service is still HORRIBLE. It's laughable. We didn't even order food, just had drinks. The person I was having drinks with said she and her friends had walked out previously due to poor service. Their bar staff are absolutely ridiculous. It's almost like a practical joke.
