Yesterday I had the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant in my life!!! My sister and her husband(who are weekly regulars) took me and my 3yr old son out here for lunch...Everything seemed fine until 30 mins after I left ..My son throws up which never happens and hands me his cup that I poured his juice from the restaurant in and says "Mom Nasty Nasty" so I open his cup and find out that the apple juice smells and tastes strongly of alcohol !!!! Now as a Mom I'm in shock and I'm furious ..So on my way back home I stop in the restaurant to tell the staff what happened and to throw the juice out so another kid doesn't get drunk and sick ...Immediately I'm treated extremely rudely..No Apology just complete unprofessional rudeness !!! I'm told that I'm lying about that juice and that the juice was from home ..Like I would EVER give my toddler some 2 week old juice it takes a long time for apple juice to turn into alcohol...And I don't know what kind of parent that waitress is but my sons cup get washed before It's refilled everytime ..Then I get told there's no way the apple juice came from there when it's on camera that it did ...I'm not going to go out my way to come in a restaurant if they didn't do anything wrong and giving a toddler alcohol juice is as bad as it gets ...And then accusing the customer and being rude to them after what they did to my child is unreal ..No apology or refund of my meal what so ever ...Then both my sister and her husband call to confirm what had happened they both get hung up on immediately because the staff knows the truth that they gave my son really bad juice and don't want to make it right like a good establishment should...Then another worker who's 25 said to me a couple times I'll drink the rest of the juice and not throw up Like you're an adult who drinks alcohol for fun like I'm sure you wouldn't throw up genius there's a huge difference between a 3 yr old and an adult , it's not rocket science...But I need to talk to the owner because I have never dealt with workers who were this rude, unprofessional and incompetent in my life ...Giving a toddler juice that bad is as bad as it gets when it comes to mistakes at a restaurant and then to immediately be rude and try blaming the customer when it's all on camera is insane ...Those 2 workers have no customer service skills what so ever and I would seriously let them go because you are going to lose soo many customers just like you did yesterday ...And then to hang up the phone is ridiculous...My sister and her husband came in 3 times a week and after this situation will never come back ..The way it was handled is what made it 10 times worse ...If I would've just gotten an apology and a meal refund and not treated rudely It wouldn't have been as big of a deal ...Those 2 workers especially the woman are going to cost you so much business that it's not even funny ...I will be happy to talk to the owner...
Read moreI'm not one for leaving comments, but unfortunately, this will be our last time coming to Leo's. I'm not sure why, but every time we order soup at this location, without explicitly requesting for it to be hot, it always arrives lukewarm. Tonight was no exception. However, given the restaurant seemed busy, I ate it without complaining. Dinner took longer than usual to arrive, which our server Ava, did apologize for the delay, however when it did finally come, half of the order was steaming hot - the other half, which was chicken and rice, was lukewarm at best. Because of this, we felt it important to mention to Ava about the temperature of the soup, and now the dish. I don't understand why it wasn't just brought to the table when it was prepared and hot? We did ask if the chicken was supposed to be hot, and we were told that, yes it was. Instead, it sat on the line until the second dish was ready. To be honest, at this point, I just didn't want to eat cold chicken and rice, so we asked that the chicken dish be taken off the bill. Ava then seemed to develop an attitude with us, went to her peers, pointed us out, came back to our table and told us she needed to take the dish back, and then slapped the bill on the table without saying a word. Now, we normally overlook the not so hot soup because we enjoy coming to this Leo's. The location is convenient and the staff is always friendly and nice, but after tonight, I guess we'll be dining elsewhere. Maybe we're wrong, but is it so awful to want (or "expect") a hot...
Read moreFood is good (when they actually get our order right). Consistently they are constantly messing orders up. I would not recommend this location to anyone, even people I hate. The teenagers working wait staff and takeouts are incompetent with lack of basic quality control training. Today we got an old, sad cheeseburger with rancid and cold fries instead of a basic club sandwich. The girl "mixed the orders up" but never even tried to remedy it before we drove home. Why would anyone want that cheeseburger anyways? It's obvious that it's been sitting out for over an hour. Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the many times they've forgotten our chicken, forgotten pita breads, forgot dressings, gave 3 pieces of chicken and bunch of old romaine lettuce in a chicken wrap, endlessly they are messing up. They need retraining, the chefs need to be on the same page about the amount of food people get, and they need to enforce quality control. All of the waitstaff running the register need to get retrained immediately or not work in the restaurant business. It's not that hard to give people the...
