I went in today 11-5-2020. It says right on the sign mask required , except for medical condition. I was rudely asked if I had a mask I stated I have a medical issue . I was Ridley asked for a paper to prove my medical condition . First off that is against the law secondly I’m only required to have proof for my employer to have on file which I do ! I was asked to leave and I said it’s fine I can take my business else where to another location . I went back in to get the name of this point blank rude woman. She said Jamie I asked for her last name and she said just Jamie everyone knows who I am . I asked if she was the manager she said yes ! Well Jamie I do work in the service industry! No I do not wear a mask due to medical reasons and I do not ask for proof since it is against the law to require information on someone. I get that there are guidelines and I do follow them best to my ability. I would never treat a customer the way you treated me you clearly need some training on human relations and how to communicate with the public ! I called the Flint store to see if there was a drive thru no they did not have one . I also spoke to Rachel the store manager at that location and explained the situation and guess what ? She actually told me when I got there to call back to let them know I was there and they would gladly come outside with a menu and let me place an order for them to bring out to me ! If I could give 0 stars I would !!! So if you have a medical issue and want Big John’s I would not recommend this location since customer service is such a problem with this manager . I will also be turning this location in to the better business bureaus and the health department and the cdc for infringing...
Read moreI will never go back to this location ever again! I’m in disbelief to say the least. Around 8:30 we visited this Grand Blanc location and ordered 2 Steak & onion subs combos First off they were the smallest subs I ever seen from a Big John’s! And the steak was so overcooked. It was the worst Big John’s I had in a long time. Then to top it off as we’re finishing eating almost done and one of the workers tell us “Just so you know we close at 9:00 you have 3 minutes left to finish eating!’ It was the rudest thing ever!! They were still cleaning up and were definitely going to be done by time for them to lock the doors. We were almost done. There was no need to say anything. I was very offended and asked the managers name I thought it was the girl that said that to us but it wasn’t. We told her how rude that was. She did ask us what she could do to make it right! We told her it was already done and there’s nothing she can do. We just told her that they shouldn’t treat their customers like that. Then she asks us well how would you like us to tell people we’re closing, first of all if your the manager your the one that should tell people when your about to be closing and in a more polite way. Or tell the customers when they order hey just so you know we do close at 9:00. They all just laughed and thought their rudeness was funny. Read moreI actually feel bad for leaving such a bad review. But sometimes when it's justified, it has to be done. It's not the food, it's the quality of Management.. In this case the actual manager. I can't believe she will be a manager much longer, because it will reflect eventually in their return customers. She did everything but right out call me a liar about being served a cold sandwich one late night before closing. I explained to her what happened, didn't ask for anything free, she out of the blue offered a free sandwich. Then when I went up there to eat, she says she can't find me on the security system and isn't going to be honoring me the free sandwich she offered. Wasn't a big deal to pay, so I did. She continued to talk about it the entire time with another employee while I was there trying to eat my sandwich. Was incredibly rude and completely unnecessary.
