As always, the baristas were friendly and awesome. The store is always bright, clean and looks great, as well as the atmosphere is always inviting. They're a family and community oriented business, and support a lot of local events. I love this place, and when in the area my wife and I always stop. On our last stop it was great to finally find somebody in Michigan who has Tiger Sugar Boba. While it was not exact, it was definitely good. The flavor of their milk tea was great. Unfortunately, this time I do have a few complaints about our drinks. My complaints were there was VERY little boba, VERY little brown sugar syrup, NO pearls, NO cream mousse, and only comes in a small size. For the price I paid, I would have hoped for larger sizes as well as better attention to the detail of what the Tiger Sugar Boba experience should be. Tiger Sugar Boba gets its name from the stripes the brown sugar syrup makes down the side of the cup. Unfortunately, there was very little of that to get the full taste experience of what this amazing drink is supposed to be. The images are of what I expected, but not what I received. Still giving 5 stars because it is Bubble Bee Tea, we love this place, as well as for effort, and for hopes of improvement on this amazing drink. The complaints are not meant to be negative, but rather to be constructive. Looking forward to our next visit. Keep up...
Read moreMy husband and I used to go to Bubble Bee Tea, as it was the closest place in our area where we used to live. It was really good when it first opened but now it’s just mediocre. We were at the food truck rally in Clarkston last night and they were charging $8 for a medium sized drink and $10 for a large when in the store they charge way less. Which was fine, I guess they gotta make money somehow? What made me upset was that the drink sign on the truck stated the drinks we got came with “Vanilla Bubbles”. However, there was a sign that said “tapioca available” so my husband and I asked for regular tapioca instead. The guy who took our order charged us a grand total of $24.01. How does that even sum up? If getting tapioca instead of the vanilla bubbles was an upcharge he should’ve made that clear to us because nowhere on the truck did it state that it was an additional cost. The total still didn’t add up even if we paid for an additional cost of regular tapioca which we don’t even know that price and it would blow my mind if it was $2 + more each drink. If there wasn’t a line behind us I would’ve asked why he overcharged us without giving any additional information but we said forget it since we were...
Read moreI absolutely adore Boba Tea. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed with friendly smiles of the staff who clearly love what they do. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between cozy and vibrant – ideal for catching up with friends, reading a book, or getting some work done.
Their drinks are consistently delicious – smooth, rich, and made with care. Whether I'm grabbing my usual starburst lemonade or trying one of their seasonal specials, it never disappoints. The pastries and snacks are just as impressive – fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients.
What really sets this place apart is the sense of community. It’s not just a specialty drink shop, it’s a space that brings people together. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. If you're in the area and haven't been yet, do yourself a favor and stop by. You’ll be...
