I went to this Great Harvest while in town visiting family. We initially went this past Monday to pick up a loaf of the cinnamon chip bread and had no issues. The employees working that day were extremely pleasant. After looking at the menu, we decided to come back on Wednesday to pick up the raisin walnut bread they had on the schedule.
I went in with my grandmother and my mom. Both of the ladies that were working the register on Wednesday (5/15) were rude. My grandma had questions about what breads were made that day and the one lady’s responses were as if she was annoyed by the questions. She continued to be short and rude when my grandma asked for samples. Mind you my grandma alone purchased 4 loaves, so it wasn’t as if she was asking for samples and not purchasing anything. The lady that was helping my mom (who purchased 2 loaves), was very short with her as well.
Although I enjoyed the bread, I wouldn’t return due to the disrespectful treatment of your customers. I’d suggest some customer service coaching for the team members that worked this...
Read moreI'm sad to have to give a 3. Because truthfully it's a 10, EXCEPT today. I came in for lunch the blonde lady definitely have an attitude/ tone immediately. I was distracted because they had samples of the cheddar jalapeño bread to taste(excellent by the way) She seemed bothered I wasn't aware of the ordering process. When I brought my slip up she looked at me continued pricing & stocking bread. The cook(I assume) looked at me twice & her, still nothing the 3rd time he graciously said he'd start it THEEENNN she came over to get order. This is where I'm not sure how to state, partially my fault but still think she was being rude. She brought a bag to me to which I assumed was my order & left. NO just my cinnamon roll. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I got to work to eat & no sandwich. Sooooo turn around go back to get sandwich suddenly she's pleasant snodly said I wondered where you went. Still love GHB Co. Just not that...
Read moreThis bakery is awesome. We have not had one thing ever taste bad. We also go here for lunch as we don’t like fast food.
Once you know the schedule of what and when things are made then you can get your favorite goodies fresh each time you want them.
The staff are always friendly and they don’t get your lunch order wrong !
They also do wonderful gift baskets to send to someone you’d like to give a special treat.
Great Harvest is also very community oriented and are involved is many events that give back to the people. The London Strong 5K for one example. They get AEDs to places that normally wouldn’t have them available. Check out their WEB site.
